I upgraded from an iPhone 4 to the iPhone 5s. What a difference. This phone is super fast moving between applications, sending emails and surfing the Internet is better than on my wifi at home. I also use it for business. I highly recommend this phone.

Excellent phone. Easy to use and operate. This is an incremental upgrade to the 5 and the touch ID is not really anything but a gimmick (for now), excepting the camera, which is AWESOME. My only real complaint is the size, I don't want a Samsung Note 3 sized iPhone behemoth but a half to an inch bigger would be great.

The phone is really easy to use and is a very nice upgrade from the iphone 4. I really enjoy the faster response when getting on the net.

Apple has been making high tech products that are really easy to use for many years. The iPhone 5s is maybe their finest design achievement. So many functions in such a small, elegant package. Highly recommended if you can get past the price tag.

I traded in a 4s and got a store credit and was able to get the5s for no out of picket money. I am so glad I did! this phone is faster,but still as easy as the 4s so if you knew how to use another IPhone product this one should be no different.

I got the iPhone so that I could do face time with my grandkids, Works great and so do many ither features

The 5s is still a great alternative to the 6 if you don't want all the latest tech and at a good price.

My overall view of the phone is it a good quality phone. However, I am not wowed with the differences from the last model of the iPhone. The upgrades that Apple made from the 4s or 5 are really not that big. The best upgrade would have to be the camera and the fingerprint reader. I don't find that this phone is faster than my 4s when it comes to surfing the internet. This has to be my biggest disappointment.

I know it isnt the new iPhone, but it does everything I want it to do and it is the right size for me.

The phone has a vivid display, long battery life and fully charges in about an hour. Obviously syncing iTunes, iPhoto, etc as easy and the camera is good. If you have never had an iPhone before, it is hard to figure out how to close apps, websites, etc (pressing the home button does not actually close the app). Overall, it is a very good phone with a lot of capabilities once you have used for a while.

apps are easily navigated and more info, Wi-Fi reception is very good, clearer picture and sound, more choices of free tones

I like it better than the 6 because I think that's too big

Fantastic device. My only wish is that it had a micro SD slot. I use this device to record videos of my son and take pictures. with only 16 GB capacity this leaves little room for games and music. Next time i'll go for the 64 GB.

This is simply the best phone out there. It just plain works. Apple apps tend to work better than Android apps because developers have to pay for the source code to develop for iOS unlike Android and there aren't many differences between iPhones, unlike Android phones. This makes everything more uniform and less potential issues/conflicts with apps working on your phone. For example, many Android phones can only upgrade their version of the OS but so far, which can create issues when running apps. All iPhones can update to the latest OS. Why is this important? Because any smartphone can call, take pictures, text, email, ect. It's the downloadable apps that make the phone stand out. This is the newest and most powerful iPhone, thus the best phone on Earth at this point in time.

This is one of the best iPhones, the fingerprint scanner works great you can use to unlock your phone and for iTunes purchases. Design, it's no different then the others. Battery life is good, I get about two days on a charge.

I am a former avid Android user. I really like the better quality camera and the stability of the applications with the iphone. While I miss some of the aspects of the Android like the wider variety of apps, it's nice to have the apps not crash on me all the time. I am not a huge Siri user but she comes in handy sometimes to walk and text. Apple has earned my money on this phone.

This is my second iPhone. I was pleased at how easy the different areas of the phone are to learn and work. I chose another iPhone because of this reason, passed my older iPhone on to my father who is also finding it easy.

So far this is the best I phone yet. Had the 4 and 4s and the size of this is just what they needed. The addition of 4g is also nice as it is apps fly quicker but not to noticeable as the others where fast on verizon too.

I switched over to the IPhone when the Iphone 4 came out, I had to 4 then the 4s and now the 5s, I am very happy with this phone, It's super fast compaired to the 4s and I really like the fingerprint scanner. I could have gotten the 6 but I like to wait till the S's come out.
