Good phone; second iPhone. Good pictures and good video. Battery life is short. Easy to use apps, but confusing on the brightness.

I had the iPhone 4 before i got my iPhone 5s. I was waiting for a deal on the iPhone 5s. So when Best Buy offered $75 off I jumped on it. The iPhone 5s is the best I love everything about it super fast, light, great display, easy to use, great battery life, You just can't find a better phone!

My son Josh has been wanting an iPhone 5S for a while. Unfortunately I am a single dad with 2 children and the I couldn't afford to buy the iPhone 5S for him for the cost plus the upgrade fee from Verizon. Best buy solved the problem. They charged me 1/2 the price for anybody else and also gave me a rebate for an amount that exceeded the price of the phone but the upgrade fee. That was a present to not only Jose but I as well!

My iPhone 5S is very user friendly. Fits in my hand well. I like caring my phone in my pants pocket and the size of this phone is the best not to big or to small. The camera takes the best pictures and with iCloud they are on my Mac instantly.

So far, we've been happy with our Iphone 5's. cloud loading was easy; re-loading certain security issues and battery saving tricks had to be done. It was kind of fun to back track and relearn. Re-loading apps and songs from cloud was easy. Able to leave some stuff behind:-). The blue tooth issue REALLY TICKS ME OFF. I want to be able to use the car's blue tooth, but the phone can't find it. I don't always like to have my ear piece in, because it can be uncomfortable. With kids, it is easier to use the car's speaker phone when talking with family. So, if I get pulled over by the cops, will APPLE bail me out ???

I was so tired of Android smartphones - was on my 3rd and really got tired of the freezes and stuck screens, so I decided I'd go with the Iphone 5s. So far the phone has worked great, calls are clear and the camera takes very nice photos. My only gripe so far is that when I'm on a call I can't look at an e-mail or access the weather. I get a message that says can't access data while on a call. My wifes 4s has no problem like that so maybe there is just a setting that needs to be changed. I also got a Mophie Juicepack Air charging case and love it. use phone down to 20% battery and flip the switch and phone is brought back up to 100% battery. LOVE IT!!

I have been very happy with the 5s. Battery life seems a lot longer. Pictures are crisp. speed is very fast. got a great deal on it at best buy. the service dept was excellent and so helpful always is. that is why i keep going back.

If you are reading reviews, you know the Iphone is top quality, so down to some of the things that I had questions about before upgrading from the 4s. Battery life is noticeably better Patiently awaiting "good" pictures from a phone. Better than 4s, though Concerned about moving to the newer plug style. You get one in box and I picked one up at 5 below for 5 bucks, so I didn't need to buy the outrageously priced Apple cord Still not a fan of iTunes and its ease of use as well as Apple's App Store practices, but that has little to do with the phone itself. Overall, I'm happy with the upgrade,

Love the phone went from a 4s to the 5s. I think the front facing camera is a lot better than the 4s. Bigger screen is great too. Faster processor.

I bought this iPhone 5s for my wife to replace an IPhone 5. She likes the upgrades and the phone is doing all she wants it to do. She is still learning many of the features. The IPhone 5s is a very good phone without being overly large. It performs well with all calling and texting functions.

I upgraded to the iPhone 5s from a 4s. Honestly, I didn't expect it to be all that much different. However, it is a big improvement in a number of ways. First, I LOVE the fingerprint unlock feature. I keep my phone locked in case it gets lost and being able to unlock it so easily is a plus. And the processor and LTE mean everything just runs faster. Another big improvement is the camera. I am getting some really good pictures now, where before I was lucky to getting anything decent. Now I feel confident not carrying a separate camera.

This is my sons phone. He uses it all the time. Watches videos and read books like a kindle. He says the picture quality is great, phone is easy to use and the battery life is very good.

I am not techy so I have had to use my live in tech support for a few items. LIke getting my email connected to the phone. Beyond that I have enjoyed discovering the phone on my own. So many amazing features. The photos are great and super easy to get them off the phone to FB or email / text. Such a smooth process. I did give the call quality a bit under excellent. I don't know how much that is phone vs service provider.

Great phone. Price was right as relates to an upgrade. Wouldn't mind having the larger screen size that is coming out in the future. Great speed, nice camera. Haven't used the print scanner yet but sounds handy. Of course there are a zillion apps available. We are now in the future with a hand sized computer.

I switched from the 5 to 5s as we were changing carriers and the phones were not compatible. I was under the assumption that the fingerprint sensor was the only major upgrade. The 5s is a lot more than that, the phone is much faster when preforming tasks, the battery life last much longer, even with heavy use. If your considering purchasing this phone, go with it and you will not be disappointed.

Great phone, disappointed in the ability to use data while on a call. My employees constant point fun at it since they all use Notes. Other than that, great phone, love the compactness and the ability to work from it.

I got this phone for my wife as an upgrade to her 4s and it's so much lighter and faster and perfect size for her everyday use.
