I've been using a Blackberry for several years and switched to the iphone when we changed cellular carriers. At first it was a steep learning curve, but I quickly became accustomed to it and its features. We selected the iphone primarily because our our kids & grandchildren have them and the Facetime feature was a real plus. I really like the security feature that allows you to use a fingerprint to access the phone. I do wish it had an application (like my Blackberry) that allowed me to store private information and passwords in a secure locker. Maybe I'll find an app for that.

Battery life is much improved. Apps run incredibly fast. Picture quality is great.

Got this phone for my husband. He has been using android for several years and was constantly frustrated with using it. This IPhone is easy for him to use and I've have heard no complaints.

my wife is a really into photography,she takes her camera almost everywhere,but for that quick, candid shot,you can not beat the iph one......stills or video on the iphone 5s are of exceptional quality

The iPhone 5s is really everything you need in a smartphone and more. Beautiful screen display. Bright and vivid colors. Great screen size and phone size in general. Screen could be bigger but I hate big phones in my pocket. It's an apple product so it's super user friendly for anyone to use, intuitive and reliable. I don't think id recommend any other phone. Has a great camera and video recording and the finger print unlock is a great feature. You won't be disappointed!

I'm not a techno whiz and have only owned iPhones, so I can't compare this to an android. However, it is a definite improvement over my old 4s and if you are eligible for an upgrade, it's worth doing. The 5s is faster and 4G LTE means much faster downloads. The display is better and the camera has more resolution. The battery lasts longer and charges faster. If you are eligible for an upgrade, you can probably upgrade for for free at Best Buy. If so, it's a no brainer.

Good improvement over the iPhone 4. Faster processor, more memory, and larger screen. The camera is awesome!

This was a nice upgrade from my iPhone 5 - namely the A7 processor, Touch ID (fingerprint sensor), and camera upgrades. Apple always prides themselves on quality products and this is certainly no slouch. The Touch ID works flawlessly and is so much easier than typing in a passcode all the time. Also, the new A7 processor is very fast and doesn't show any lag.

As always apple phones are great. Very well built, attractive, simple, easy to use, works flawlessly every time. Although the 3D Touch is a little gimicky it's fun to use.

Improved battery life, faster processor and lighter weight

The quality of the screen, great camera, perfect size and look of this phone are first class.

Purchased this to upgrade from the 4s. More capacity and features...will look forward to the 6 series when time to upgrade. Battery life on iPhones isn't all that great though. Camera is better than 4s and has more editing features although it is touchy and easily switches over to video or other options.

The iPhone 5s is the best size for guys because of it's size. The operating system is great . There are plenty of accessories on the market for this device.

I finally decided to upgrade my iPhone 4s to a 5s since my contract was up. Overall, I like the product, it is much lighter and thinner to the 4s, but I felt that the image / screen quality has gone down. I compared the same pictures side by side on both phones and the 4s screen seemed better. The battery life seems to have improved over the 4s, but still doesn't last the whole day (i don't fiddle with my phone all day or take too many calls). I feel iOS7 still has to mature, since my phone crashes a lot and suddenly restarts. The only cool new feature introduced was the fingerprint scanning, but I havent used it yet, so cant comment.

I was a long time android user, but finally switched to the iphone after having multiple androids with software/hardware issues. Only had the iphone a couple of months, but love it. I like the compact size a lot as I was getting tired of the increasing sizes of the android phones. It's easy to use and has one of the best battery life's of any phone I 've had in a while

A little faster than the iPhone 5 but still fits in the same case and uses the same accessories. No problems or issues after a month of use.

Purchased as a gift replacement for an older iPhone for my son. He loves it especially the fingerprint security. Camera is great as well.

I really like the new iPhone. I hope the blue screen reboots get fixed soon. It is so much lighter than the 4s that I had. The extra row of icons on the screen is also helpful. Updating is so easy...just plug it into the computer and you can load the settings and apps from your old iphone.
