Upgraded to the new iphone 5s and I'm very satisfied. One of my favorite features is the fingerprint security feature where you touch the home button to unlock your phone. Applications work very smooth and the phone feels light and nice in the hands, though a slightly larger screen would have been nicer. Takes good pictures and video as well.

I love the iPhone 5s. It's the perfect size and has all the greatness you come to expect from iPhone. It's runs iOS 8 great.

Replacement for my 4s, so it is not a big change, but still better camera, some additional features I am still learning to use.

Excellent phone, easy to operate. Finger Print unlock is the best makes getting into the phone so easy. Takes great pics and sound quality is great. Much better size than Samsung S4.

I was sceptical about switching to an iphone, but am glad I did! Though I can't really compare to other iPhones cause this is my first, I am very Impressed! I feel the battery life is good and I'm only phone a lot. This phone is very user friendly. It does everything, I've had it for a month and am still learning! Great item!

I upgraded from an iPhone 4S and was amazed at the speed difference for all functions and apps. The quality and ease of use of the camera even in poor lighting has freed me from carrying another Camera, except when I need a high quality telephoto lens.

I waited all year for the September release to get the iPhone 5S and I'm very pleased! Its much lighter and a bit longer (so another row of icons is available on the main display). New features are great and the battery life is better too. Recommended

I loved this phone & only traded it in so I could trade carriers and receive my discount. The downside to getting an upgraded iPhone was being mislead about the price. Had I known that, I would have gladly kept the 5s.

No buyer's remorse on this one. It performs well as a phone and a camera. Plenty of storage for me. Battery lasts a full day or more. There are lots of apps (perhaps too many, prefer google play to apple store) . Was disappointed that neither Air Drop nor Bluetooth allowed me to drop files to my Mac. But, I found Instashare and can also use the USB cable to transfer files, so I'm not really missing Air Drop or Bluetooth.

I am 53 and this is my first cell phone. It is not too hard to use and has good battery life. Not too big, but not too small either. I am very happy with my first cell phone. The iPhone also can link up with my ipad. I highly recommend it.

Replaced my Android phone with this iPhone and am not sorry for the switch. Runs quicker, battery lasts longer, and it's easy to use.

I thought my iphone 4 was awesome this thing is lighter and so much faster. The camera is pissa especially the slow-motion video and panorama features. If you have an upgrade available don't hesitate just do it and at $50 off I can't imagine why anyone would get a 5S anywhere other than BestBuy!

I love my new phone. I upgraded from the iPhone 4 so it was definitely a huge improvement in everything about the phone. I am very happy. I love the picture quality and ease of use on every feature of the phone.

This is s very compact phone and easily fits in my pocket without being overly bulky.

It's better than the 4s. After using it for a couple of months, don't notice much other difference than the size and slightly faster speeds. The fingerprint ID is great, but the OTTERBOX case allows dirt and moisture to get onto the screen through the On/ID Button.

I had an IPhone 4 prior to this new 5S, it was definitely a great upgrade!! I love the clear screen, fast speed and the new size. This phone has worked perfectly so far, hopefully it will continue to do so!
