I haven't had any problems out of it since purchase. Great deal from Best Buy.

I would not buy a mobile phone through best buy again. Not only did they mess up my plan, they also charged me $100.00 more that they should have. I have attempted to get the price adjusted and was told that the money would be credited to my best but credit card. Unfortunately it was not and when I inquired was told I would have to go into the store (even thought this was an online purchase. Best buy has lost a customer over this purchase, nothing ring with the phone but the service was a HUGE disappointment! Bye bye...Best Buy!

I stepped up from the iPhone 4 to the 5s and I love it. Bigger, faster. It just does more of what you want. Best Buy was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend the iPhone 5s and Best Buy.

This was an upgrade from my iphone 4. The phone is extremely easy to use and was easy to set up. The battery life is excellent (far longer than my 4), call quality is great, and pictures are excellent.

The iPhone 5s is the best phone I've owned. The interface is intuitive and easy. Combination of A7 processor and 4G LTE make everything enjoyably fast!

This phone is great! It's fast, screen looks great, pictures are of excellent quality. Only problem with the phone is the battery life is only average.

This phone rocks, don't be a hater!!!! Great ease of use, awesome video function with the slow mo mode. Camera also takes great photos. Battery seems to last as long as the other iPhones.

This is my second iPhone, the first was the iPhone 4, which was also quite good. Some other smart phones are just too big; the iPhone 5 is the perfect size for me. The sound is very good. The apps are numerous and first class.

I'm very happy with the iPhone 5s so far. It's definitely faster than my old 4 and the extra space (16G vs 8g) is a much needed upgrade. The camera on this phone is noticeably better than the one in the iPhone 4 as well.

Great phone. Searches are fast, pictures great. Screen a little smaller than my android, but worth that sacrifice for all the other advantages. Camera takes great pictures. Battery life may be due to me using it all the time!

Neither of my kids had iPhones and it was hard to share contacts or locations with each other. The younger just got his father's old 4s and the older one got the new 5s and now we can all face time and share each other's data without any major glitches. I really like the Siri feature, although, I've had to learn to enunciate more clearly.

I love the phone. It is the right size, good battery life, easy to use, has all the features I was looking for in a new phone.

I carry my phone in my pocket which you can do with the iPhone 5S because it is skinny enough to fit. I also like that I can reach all the screen with one hand. The screen is much larger than my old IPhone 4. The retina display is beautiful. The colors and crispness are very pleasing to look at. It seem similar to my wives iPhone 5. Does clarity make a difference - yes it prevents eye strain. I have had no trouble with the moving elements on the display. I have no idea why people are complaining about that, but maybe they have some vision troubles or motion sickness issues. You can turn off the moving screen and I would expect future IOS 7 updates to allow users to disable all features people are complaining about.
