I love my new iPhone 5s, it is extremely easy to use and the touch I.D. provides easy access and extra security. The photos & videos are fabulous and there are plenty of apps. Great phone & better price!

Over all I really like the phone, easy to use & navigate. Camera & video is great. Talk to text feature is a big time saver for me as I don't text very fast. Love getting my weather quickly when I need it.

the photos do not come put as clear as the samsung galaxy 3s my daughter used to have. she's has been wanting an iphone for years. She is loving it. Didn't want an iphone 6 because it was too large for her. She is happy the 5 was still available.

I upgraded from an iPhone 4. My first 5s had a defective home button, and it kept going into voice mode and trying to make calls. Best Buy exchanged it the next day and the replacement works perfectly. It was easy to transfer apps, contacts, pictures, etc. and there are minimal changes to the operation, exactly what an upgrade should be like. It's a lot faster, both because of 4G and in areas where I only get 3G. If you're using an older iPhone, this is well worth the upgrade.

Finally got an iPhone after using the blackberry storm for years. I had already gotten used to iOS from my iPad at work so it as a very smooth transition. Speed of use and applications is staggeringly faster, as is 4GLTE compared to 3G. I use Endomondo for running and the yahoo and espn fantasy apps work very well. Any of my gripes with the device have to do with Apple dumbing down the user interface and access, but it is a great phone and I'm glad I decided to upgrade.

I've been a droid user for a long time and was hesitant to switch to the iPhone but I love it, very easy to use and the perfect size, I was tired of reaching across a giant screen on my old phone

Everything about this phone is great. It's simple and easy to use, does everything you can imagine really fast and really well. It's a great phone.

Great phone with amazing speed. The phone is a great shape and fits perfectly into my pocket. The speed with browsing the internet is very quick.

This phone is so much faster and easier to use compared to my previous phone a droid LG Lucid I do things on IPhone that I avoided on the droid just because it was hard and took a long time

I traded in an IPhone 4 for the 5 and find it easier to use. The pictures are more defined and clearer, the voice is clearer and programming it is easier. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Another great phone from Apple. Fast processor and great graphics and easy to navigate and use and setup. Has everything you want in a smartphone and battery life is good for a smartphone.

Another great product from apple, I would still be Hsiang my old iPhone 4 if I didn't run it over. The new 5s is way faster and has a way better camera, burst mode is an awesome feature.

This was a great purchase and the phone is perfect for my needs. Camera quality is good, as is sound quality, and it's quite user friendly!

I didn't know if I wanted to make the switch to an I Phone from a Droid Razr. But, it has a much longer battery life, is more intuitive, and has better sound and photo and video imagery.

The Apple iphone 5S has been everything I expected and more. It is easy to set up and very easy to use. It has so many features we are still learning how to use all of them. Great value!

I'm in sales and need a phone that is reliable. Have had droid based phones in the passed and no other phone is as easy to use. It's speed is awesome and it's multifunction is perfect.

Very easy to use, awesome camera, just the right size

I upgraded to the iphone mainly to have a better camera but wanted to retain a smallish cellphone. The photo quality is good (not great), though there are no manual controls or settings to adjust. The default photo viewer is very limited. You can't see metadata or edit a photo while retaining original. I prefer a smaller phone, and wish this phone was a half inch shorter, and a half inch wider. The length could have been accomplished if the screen took up the more of the face, and a wider phone would have allowed for slightly larger keys and thus fewer keystroke issues, and have provided more viewing space while retaining a pocket-able footprint. I also wish it had a Xenon type flash. The LED flash is harsh and only good for a limited distance. I also wish that apple accepted removable storage cards. Another improvement would be the 'silent' switch. It's small and awkward, and doesn't mute internet audio. Overall, the iphone 5s was the best compromise I could find in a phone. The phones with better cameras are too large, as is pretty much every smart phone on the market. I would have strongly considered the DROID MINI if it had a decent camera.

I love apple products and this phone is no exception. My only problem is my phone dropped off my nightstand onto the carpet and the screen cracked. I did not buy the insurance because the deductible was so high ($149). I went to Apple and had the screen repaired for $129. I then went to best buy to look at covers( I had an otterbox) this time the girl recommend a zagg glass screen. I wish the original sales person had done this. It would have saved me $129 and 3 hours of my time.

Great battery life and a better camera than on my old iPhone 4. The new interface (look of the icons) with iOS 7 is not so great. Apple has removed all of the 3D look to the icons and the icons are very light and hard to see sometimes (depends on the wallpaper).
