Just easy to use love it. People were helpful at best buy. Advised about my plan and features on the phone. I was in and out of the store with great service. The lady I had showed me everything from what case I should get and even showed me how to put it on she actually put it on for me

Camera and video quality is fantastic. It's very simple to set up and use too. However I always hit a button by accident when I take the phone out of my pocket when I get a call ("call back in an hour" for example). It's annoying. Also, Siri doesn't always understand me but it's better than the 4. Other than that I love it!

Excellent call quality, picture taking, web browsing speed, good battery life overall a great phone

What a sleek beautiful phone this is! What craftsmanship! The finger print scanner is awesome and so is Siri, you can ask her anything and she will tell you! Awesome tool!

There’s not much point talking about the iPhone 5S’s performance here other than to say it’s very, very fast and extremely reliable. I’ve not experienced any issues with apps misbehaving. Apple’s iOS certainly has its limitations but the fact that it just keeps working well is a godsend to those too busy to learn every little foible of their phone. I’ve not experienced the slow-down effects that tend to occur on Androids after lots of apps and updates have been installed - the iPhone 5S is rock solid.

Overall a great phone and camera. Battery life is good but not great. Would like to see more improvements to the iPhone line.

I love the multiple pictures per second (so much better than my old 4S) and the battery life is great! The LTE is super fast!

It's a good phone. Apple should add flash but won't. Reception is not great. The wifi is weak and terrible

This is my first iPhone. Did have a iPod previously so everything switched over. Love size . Took lots of pictures on recent vacation and they turned out great.

I love my iPhone. It is so easy to use. I want a product that is fast and effective I use it for work and in my everyday life. I like the iMessage but when a friend changes from an iPhone to non iPhone it does throw iMessage for a loop.

New convert to the Apple products. Iphone 5s is great- it works constantly without issues. It integrates so well with my ipad, and doesn't have the quirks and problems that plague Android phones. If you want the latest and greatest, and plan on replacing annually, geet an Android. If you are tired of issues and shutdowns, get the iphone.

Great phone that is much faster than the iPhone 4S. The battery lasts a long time and it meets all my needs.

Going from my IPhone 4S this phone is so much lighter and much more powerful. Fantastic phone - more like a portable computer then a phone.

It works well, takes amazing pictures, and sounds great when calling. Price is still a bit steep, but almost all smartphones are nowadays...

I like this phone as I am used to i Phones . This phone is a major upgrade from my old i phone 4.
