Upgraded from iPhone 4, this is much faster and has lots of great features. Highly recommend!

This is my first iPhone and must say I am quite impressed. I love how I can download anything I bought on iTunes and the App Store. Best part is that iTunes is smart enough to know what stuff isn't on my iPhone. I love how it makes calls, messages, and the Apps are great. Setting it up for mobile hot spot with my iPad was a breeze. Love this phone.

I haven't had the phone for very long but love it. It takes good pictures and is very fast.

Bought the 5S as a Christmas gift for my wife. Even though I arrived at the store an hour before closing, the friendly and knowledgeable customer service rep took care of everything in record time. She applied all discounts and got the phone set up properly. As for the phone, it has exactly what my wife needs - simplicity, ease of interface with her other Apple devices, excellent screen and sound quality, and a very useful camera - all in a device that is slim and good looking. Outstanding experience overall.

I'm an Android guy, but my daughters refuse to switch from iPhones so we upgraded our oldest to the 5s. She thought the 6 was too big. Overall, it's a vast improvement from the 4s she had before. As usual, there are problems with chargers, and cables, and typical Apple wifi connectivity problems (which is why the rest of us have LGs and HTCs), but overall she likes it.

The iPhone 5S is a great mobile phone offering increased speed and longer battery life. The downside is it requires a new charger.

Transitioned from a droid to a iPhone and am happy I made the switch. I love how easy it is to use and how great the camera is.

Best cell phone, nice size feels good carrying on belt with the otter box defender case. Great battery life takes nice pictures.

Excellent product for normal use. Recommend a cover to protect glass from cracking on impact. For the more active, rugged and student get the 5C (plastic screen).

I had the 4s and decided to switch to a S4 biggest mistake ever! Thankfully my gave her upgrade, sold the S4 and got the 5s

I travel internationally a lot I love this phone for the free communication it offers. iOS has iMessage, FaceTime, and FaceTime audio so I can text, video call, or call anyone with an iPhone, iPod touch, iPad. In my case my entire family has iPhones and iPads so it helps me stay in touch without paying a dime for the communication. The battery life really is phenomenal on the iPhone 5s it has surprised me greatly. If you're having to look for an upgrade unwound recommend this 100%.

We were debating whether to stay with Apple or move to the Galaxy. Overall, great phone; like being able to sync with Apple TV and iTunes. Great sound quality and light phone.

I like the phone it does what it needs to and just works. This is the only reason I got the iPhone over Android. The phone just works and isn't quirky. I am a use that doesn't need a lot of frills. I just want something that is fast and does the job I need which is internet and email. THe new safari is great.

Light weight, easy to use. Long battery life allowing me to listen to over 8 hrs of music while at work. Plenty of space for all my music, photos and apps. To keep it looking good I also purchased a life proof case.
