If you're still using a 3GS, 4 or a 4S, you should upgrade to the 5S. Don't bother with the 5C which is only about $100 cheaper. Spend the extra money to get the faster processor and better camera. The fingerprint reader works pretty well, too. If you're using a 5, waiting another year and get the 6.

Great phone and easy to use. Love the camera quality didn't need to buy a new camera. Love using FaceTime and talking to Siri. Games on the phone is fun and addicting. It's a nice overall phone will recommend to everybody

I like the iPhone 5 because of the faster processing speed and the better camera. I'm not sure writing an essay for iPhone survey is worth 25 points on my Best Buy account. Can I please be allowed to end this survey now?

We have been fans of the I-Phone starting with the Iphone 3 and we were currently on the 4s model and wondered whether it was worth it to upgrade to the 5s. After reading reviews and seeing the phone in action we decided to upgraded. We are pleased with our decision to do so and think that this upgrade was worth it. This phone is really fast with the new processor and OS.

Like all iPhones, this one is awesome! Works perfectly, is light and is easy on the eyes.

I defiantly like the bigger screen, and it is much faster. I have owned iPhones since the 3G and I do enjoy the easy user interface and all of the apps available. However you are forced to upgrade every couple of years to keep the performance of the phone to a tolerable level.

The iPhone 5S is definitely the best iPhone yet!! Amazing camera, speed and features! The touch id unlock makes it so easy to make sure your phone and information as protected from unwanted eyes! Highly Recommend!

Camera fantastic. ios7 is excellent and phone so much more responsive than my spouses 5. Only minor gripe is that some text is a little difficult to read against light background even after setting to "bold".

A great smart phone and nice size screen. It still fits in my pocket unlike some very large phones I tried. Great clear and bright screen camera is very easy to use and takes great pics. My 3rd I phone.

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 4 to my new iPhone 5s. Love that it's so fast & has a lot more GBs than my old phone. Siri is a nice feature & the tips app are helpful. The only thing that I'm not happy about is that Apple put the headphone jack at the bottom of the phone. This is rather annoying & inconvenient, especially when I'm exercising or listening to music in my car.

Overall a nice phone for business and work. I like the easy navigation and camera use. The Apple apps help create nice quality photos. I use my phone with outlook to keep up on office mail and messages which helps me throughout the day. I like this phone.

Upgraded from an iPhone 3GS. Spent a lot of time playing with some android and windows phones. While there were definitely some cool features on these phones, I found myself not wanting to give up iOS. I spoke with several Best Buy employees at length to get their take on which phone to upgrade to. I decided that the user experience and smooth operations of the iPhone were more important than the bells and whistles - even the larger screen size of the competition. I really wanted a larger screen but, in the end, could not give up iOS. I am pleased with my new iPhone 5S.

This was an upgrade from an Iphone 4. I like the phone a lot, it is a good bit faster and takes beautiful pictures. The phone has much better reception than my 4 did and it is very easy to use.

So far I really like the iPhone 5s, it's lighting fast and the slomotion camera is very cool. I'm thrilled once again with the iPhone and I'm loving the cloud! All my devices are connected!
