easy to use as a first time user Everyone has an Apple so its also easy to get help

this is my first iphone and it will be my last, the glass face is much to be desired, it will break if you look the wrong way, do yourself a favor get something else.

This IPhone 5 is a good upgrade from the IPhone 4 that I had. I am used to Apple products and therefore the ease of use is great!

Apple continues to have solid features without all the gimmicky features I don't need. I previously owned an Android based phone that would have glitches, but since switching to Apple, I now have a solid phone. It helps to that we have so many different Apple devices in the house, which allows each to stay connected to each other. Can't wait to see what they will offer next!

Awesome phone call quality sucks tho and battery life did suck till Played with the settings a bit and now it is awesome

Responses fast and the touch ID getting better the more you use it

I was just a little sad when the silver iPhone 5s was not available on the release day of this phone, but I put a case on my new grey one, and soon got over it. I upgraded from the 4s and love the phone thus far. The fingerprint sensor can be a little touchy, but is a nice feature.

for the most part, a very reliable and fun to use phone in all aspects and one would expect a smartphone to do. I did experience though some trouble with a bug that affected the phones perfornance significantly when downloading an update to the ios software. I ended up having to get it replaced with a new phone, while a little time consuming to do so, apple came through with ease and free to replace it. and so far no problems at all with the new one

I love this phone great phone reliable. It's very good and I will continue to purchase there products apple is good. When I had my iPhone 4 there was never once a freeze I can honestly say it lasted two years strong with not one freeze EVER! I would tell any one of my friends if they asked what is a good phone I would recommend a iPhone to them.

So far no problems with phone..pleased with larger screen size
