Like the Apple apps but not a fan of Apples business model. Lack of advancements. If I did not want to lose my apps I would have gone Samsung Galaxy s5. Phone reception could be due to Sprint's poor coverage.

    Personal Experience With this product

Alex Scott Best Buy Customer I have had the IPhone 5S for one year. There are a few things that I would like to mention about the phone, so that potential buyers may make a more informed purchase. First I would like to talk about this products durability. While using this phone I have had a low impact case on at all times. Which has kept the phone in great condition. I have dropped this device on surfaces from carpet to concrete, and have never experienced a broken screen. The only issue I have had with durability would be with the external speaker. It easily gets plugged up with dirt, affecting sound quality. The operating system on this phone is user friendly. The IPhone 5S contains many hands free technologies; most notable feature is the SIRI function. SIRI acts as your personal search engine for every application on the phone. For example if you need to setup GPS to your current location, all you need to do is hold the main button down and say, “SIRI give me directions to Iowa State University” and SIRI will give you step by step directions. This will allow you to focus on driving while the program does the calculations. Other parts of this phones operating system are just as easy to use. One thing first time smart phone users have difficulty with is using basic phone components, such as making phone calls. This phone has been set up to make this as easy as possible. All a user must do to make a call is open up their phone, and in the bottom left of the screen there is an application that says phone. From here all the user must do is select the application and they are ready to make a call. What makes this convent is that no matter what page the user is on the application is always in the bottom left of the screen. With so much personal information that can be uploaded to a smart phone security is very important. The IPhone 5S has addressed this issue. When you set up your phone it asks the user to create a four-digit password. What this password does is allows only the intended user to access the applications on the device. The IPhone 5S is a well-respected product. I have happily used for a year now, and intend for my next phone to be an Apple phone. This is just my experience with this product I hope it may be useful when purchasing you next phone.

It's an iPhone. I had hoped for better battery life than my 4s but haven't noticed any difference ( yes I am doing all the battery saving things). Glad I didn't pay much to upgrade.

The phone seems great except for the battery. It will be 100% charged in the morning, I unplug it and within a half hour it's down 10%. And that's without using it for anything. By mid-day I need to charge it again. VERY disappointed!

I waited a long time to upgrade to the 5S- I don't know what to call this but the perfect storm. I have never had such a bad experience with a phone and service provider in all of the years that I've owner a cell phone. Sprint coverage might be the worst- but why could another Sprint user go along the same route as I did and not lose the call 6 times? Sprint operators offer no help- they told me there is no service at their house either now. Something about the LTE tower updates in the areas. Now is NOT the time to buy this phone is you live in Raleigh. I took it back within 14 days (thankfully!) and got BACK on w AT&T w a 5S and haven't lost a call yet. Booooo Sprint. You are not saving anything in the long run going with Sprint.
