This was an upgrade from the iPhone 4. Love the camera features, the ringer is much louder, and the phone is very lightweight. Great phone!

I love my new phone it's light and I love it's features.

This is my first iPhone and I can't imagine having anything else now! It is so easy to use. I love how easily it synced all my accounts and now I rarely use my laptop. I can search the internet quickly and it takes great pictures which is an important feature for me. Would recommend this phone to everyone!

I had the iPhone 4 before this, phone is pretty much the same, screen a little bigger, colors and pictures pop and are a good upgrade, never had Siri before so that is a little helpful, otherwise it's pretty much the same. I switched from AT&T to Sprint for the unlimited data and I have to say it was a MAJOR downgrade. My service is horrible all the time, phone calls don't go through on the first few tries, internet is good on wifi but rarely do I ever have 3G coverage and I never have even seen 4G. It can't be just the "towers in my area" as every reps favorite excuse is because I also work in NYC where you would think they would be everywhere. The trade off in service is definitely not worth the unlimited data. Also get a discount from my job that they only apply to the data portion of the plan and you must extend your contract for an additional 2 years of service from the time of your discount. Just to recap, iPhone 5S, great phone, Sprint.. horrible.

I love iPhones! It's fast and a great size. What a huge upgrade from what I had.

I'm not a tech guy. I don't care about the finger print unlocking and stuff like that. I use my phone to make calls and surf the web. Bigger screen and longer battery life are the 2 most important upgrades on the 5s to me. I'm very pleased with the phone.

This phone was an upgrade from a 4S. All the great qualities remain and some new features were added. Battery life is good. The phone is lighter, but still substantial in your hand. Apple has a good, consistent product.

Can not believe how fast iPhone 5s is on WiFi, it is faster than our laptops. Picture quality is ridiculously good, sound is richer than previous models and it feels light in your hand. Strongly recommend this product.

great phone, easy to use and set up. size fits in hand better than older iPhones. not great battery life, but better when apps not in use are closed and location services only enabled for apps that require it.

Recently Trade in my iPhone 4S which was an extremely painless process, but I have to say my 5S is 10x better the size, the feel, the speed and the new iOS is very user friendly I am in love with this phone

Great phone and lighter than the 4s even though the screen is larger. I like the color options of the 5s and the fact that the back is aluminum (in comparison to the glass back of the 4s). The 4G LTE is fast, almost like being on WIFI. The only downside is that with the iOS 7, many preloaded features (like the parallax feature) will kill your battery faster than expected. Once you turn off all the location features, ad options, and parallax feature, the battery is about what I would have expected from my old 4s when it was new. The trick is turning all the battery hogging features off. Overall, great phone and the thumb scanner is great to instantly unlock the phone - at least one nice feature over the 5c.

I was excited to upgrade because my iPhone 4 was very slow, the apps kept restarting, and I didn't have much space. However, although this new phone has more space, better picture quality, and is more compact and not as slow, my new iPhone 5s keeps crashing on me. Not just the apps (all apps- purchased and the ones that came with the phone such as iTunes and the actual app to make calls), the phone itself keeps restarting. For example, it could be charged 100% but the screen will turn black and the white apple logo will pop up for about 30 seconds. This started the week I purchased my phone but I wasn't able to return to Best Buy to do anything about it. Have had the phone for about a month and am afraid of how it will be acting by a year.

Iphone 5s is super easy, light weight and fits in my hand nicely. I was an android user, but they are all the size of dinner plates, so I ended up with this. Happy about it, except the "searching" glitch it seems to have. Good thing I bought Geek Squad for it.
