This is the fastest phone I have ever owned. I works with absolutely no lag on any app. I love it.

I stream music majority of the day and it holds a charge very well. Sound and picture quality is great also. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The ITunes with iCloud is the bomb and you don't have to use your phone memory.

It's a good phone. Takes great pictures and it has great sound. At times it will not let me connect Safari to the internet even though the phone indicates that it has service bars. The screen takes time to get used too, specially when switching from an Android phone. It's an Apple product, so it's good, but not mind blowing.

My overall experience with this phone is that it is the best for it's price. I really like how it is comparable with my apple laptop and downloads all my pictures and video's as soon as I take them. Automatically does this in the background. It takes great pictures too.

I had the iPhone 4 before this, phone is pretty much the same, screen a little bigger, colors and pictures pop and are a good upgrade, never had Siri before so that is a little helpful, otherwise it's pretty much the same. I switched from AT&T to Sprint for the unlimited data and I have to say it was a MAJOR downgrade. My service is horrible all the time, phone calls don't go through on the first few tries, internet is good on wifi but rarely do I ever have 3G coverage and I never have even seen 4G. It can't be just the "towers in my area" as every reps favorite excuse is because I also work in NYC where you would think they would be everywhere. The trade off in service is definitely not worth the unlimited data. Also get a discount from my job that they only apply to the data portion of the plan and you must extend your contract for an additional 2 years of service from the time of your discount. Just to recap, iPhone 5S, great phone, Sprint.. horrible.

I'm not a tech guy. I don't care about the finger print unlocking and stuff like that. I use my phone to make calls and surf the web. Bigger screen and longer battery life are the 2 most important upgrades on the 5s to me. I'm very pleased with the phone.

The iPhone 5 is perfect for my son and his needs. It is just what he needs.

Overall good update from the iPhone 4. Battery life could be better, but overall I'm super happy with the upgrade! It's thinner, faster, smarter :)

I got this phone for my mom because she was in need of a new one. She can easily maneuver through the features and she seems to really enjoy it. However with most phones these days be careful not to drop it!

This is the third iPhone I have used and I upgraded from 4S. The picture quality is great and I use for family events. It's lighter and the gold color is a nice touch. It's an apple product so you get some great construction and detail.

After having my last phone the 3GS for quite some time I finally broke down and bought the 5s. It was an awesome phone and I knew that the next time around I wouldn't wait as long to get the next one. All the new features that it had compared to my last one blew it away!

This phone was an upgrade from a 4S. All the great qualities remain and some new features were added. Battery life is good. The phone is lighter, but still substantial in your hand. Apple has a good, consistent product.

Loving my new iPhone 5s. It is the perfect size for me.
