I like my new phone. It's working out very well!! i would recommend it to others.

This phone is so great. We traded in our iphone 4s phones at the best buy store and we got a smokin' deal on these. We only had to pay a few dollars out of pocket to upgrade. My favorite thing over the 4s is that this phone now does 4g LTE speeds. When we can get it on Sprint, it flies! Otherwise, phone is really fast and just works.

Love my Iphone 5s. Great product. Very much excited about Iphone 6. Love all my apple products. Waiting for Iwatch too.

The phone is pretty easy to use. wish there was a booklet explaining all of the features it has. I was told by a couple people what it could do, other than Best Buy personnel. would be nice to be able to study a little booklet and figure all the things out that it can do, rather then maybe stumble into it.

I was hesitant to change from my 4S to a 5S just because I do not like change and I was comfortable with my 4S. However, the 5S is noticeably bigger, has a great update, and does more than my 4S. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

Love that it is lighter in weight and slimmer. The longer battery life is also great.

iPhone is awesome. I only use apple products when it comes to computers and tablets and phones. The iPhone 5s is great. The only downside to this phone is the sound quality from the speaker. Other then that I could not say anything bad about the phone. Now whatever you do. DO NOT get Sprint! Sprint sucks! It's the worst service I've ever used in my entire life. I've used AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Cricket and Sprint. Sprint is in last place out of all those carriers. When I think of Sprint all I want to do is say every bad word in every language I know. I've never been so angry with how terrible a company is all around. Thank god there is wifi pretty much every where I go cause if you have sprint don't even bother trying to use the network data. It works 30% of the time and it's slow when it does. Sprint you suck sooooooo much, why don't you put that clear network to use that you recently acquired. Before I finish I do want to ad that the girl that helped me purchase everything was awesome! Great customer service! Thanks!

Great phone that is ideal for trade up. If not wanting larger screen, this is the one for you.

Love this phone. I went from an Galaxy S3 to the iPhone 5s. I thought I would miss the big screen. I haven't missed it at all. I won't bash the Samsung phone. It is a good phone. I think a person should by what they like best.

Really enjoy using this phone for everything it has to offer. Keyboard is a little small and cumbersome for quick texting. The phone is fast and apps work great. This is my first iPhone and it has been better than advertised!

I bought an otter box for my phone so it hasnt broken but I know friends who break theirs within days of getting it. The new plastic ones are supposed to be more durable, maybe they are a better purchase than this kind
