way faster than my previous i4.volume is louder and a great camera.

Phone is good the camera takes great photos and the speed is fast

Another good product from Apple. Not too big like other phones, but not so small it hurts your eyes. Love being able to reach everything on the screen using one hand. Rear camera did lock up mysteriously, but started working fine a few hours later. Has not reoccurred.

Good up grade from 4s much lighter phone overall great camera

I upgraded from the 4 to the 5s. I like the thumbprint security feature and the bigger screen (slightly). Of course as you use apps and the like, the battery life isn't so great. Still a very good phone with great features and I like better than my android.

iPhone 5S is a typical iPhone that gets the job done.

So many features to learn and still easy to use. My daughter loves it !

Have taken my iPhone everywhere I go and always have use for it from airline tickets to communicating via wifi with FaceTime and not to mention the basic phone text, calls and the iSight camera is def a plus captures a excellent angle!!!

This is my first iphone and the best phone I have ever owned. I previously tried the palm pre and loved the interface but the hardware was sorely inadequate. I gave android a try but was disappointed with the interface. The iphone has for me hit that sweet spot of ease of use and excellent build quality that my previous phones lacked. I am very happy with my purchase and also the smooth transfer of my contacts accomplished by the Best Buy associate. I also appreciated that he didn't try to aggressively upsell me a protection plan or accessories, but accepted my politely declining those things when he mentioned them. Best Buy's sale when I shopped phones was a deciding factor in my purchase as well and gave me a sense of satisfaction overall, leaving me with no regrets about my decision.

Bought it for family and can't beat the Best Buy deal!

I love my iPhone 5s I like the look and how fast I can surf the web via wifi or my lte. Takes great pics and it's just my life line. Very happy I bought it at best buy and will never buy another phone anywhere else.

Not the top of the line phone, but it is great for the children. Still has everything you need.

In my opinion I liked this phone a lot more than the Iphone6. I used my upgrade and I am satisfied with this phone. Works well and it is easy to manage.

The iPhone 5s has great updates from the 4s version including video that can now zoom and the ability to take panoramic pictures. Also it includes touchID which saves you from havng to type in your password!

Great overall phone, I would highly recommend it for anyone who uses their phone a lot for messaging, games, or web surfing. Great selection of apps and fingerprint scanner is fast and easy to use.
