This is the best yet! Thrilled with the upgrade from the 4s. Same great os but better hardware, faster, bigger screen, better camera. Switching was a snap with iCloud.

It was a great experience, I loved this product, I didn't want to let it go. But with trading it in, I got my new baby the iphone 6s plus Rose Gold, whom I love soooo much with all my heart. I totally and highly recommend both products!!

Love my new I-phone 5s for the most part. I bought it unlocked and it was great since I recently went on vacation abroad and was able to buy/rent sim cards instead of paying exorbitant roaming charges. Things I do not love - spotty reception, dropped calls, battery life and the price.

I expected the phone to be of excellent quality and was not disappointed. I know.competitor's phones have a larger screen. I did not want that. For me, the iphone 5s is the perfect size.

The iPhone 5s is much like the iPhone 5 that I had before. Major features are access to LTE and increased screen size to 4 inches. I am finding I like the fingerprint access feature more than I thought I would. It takes great pictures and has a rich App Store ecosystem. I like the 4 inch screen size I'm not sure how I'm going to feel about the larger iPhone 6. I own an android phone as well but prefer my iPhone.

I upgraded from an iPhone 4s to an iPhone 5s, and I am satisfied, but nothing more. The 5s is slimmer, lighter and faster, and the camera is better than the 4s. The new operating system is nicer too -- but it worked just as well on the 4s. I downsized from a 64bit to a 32 bit -- I don't really need more size for music -- and the Verizon deal meant it only cost $225. I'm happy to have the newest iPhone out -- but in retrospect, I'm not sure it was worth the cost. The differences between the 4s and 5s are not that great.

With TouchID for security, and all the great Apps and music available in my hand, what more can one ask before. Using it constantly for music, also is my alarm clock. iMessage makes texting and sharing a snap. Love the slo-mo movie mode, and the updated camera takes excellent pics. I easily back it up to my Mac, when I've had questions, Apple is there at local stores to answer my questions. Battery life seems like it could be better, but I do use it so much, that perhaps an excellent rating is applicable, but its good.

I had an old iPhone, so switching to the 5S was like night and day. It's lightning fast, easy to use and LOVE the fingerprint ID to access. I also had at&t and had lousy service at home and at work. I switched to Verizon and have AWESOME coverage. I was at a concert the other night in Marysville and the at&t'ers were out of luck. I was able to text and call to meet up with other Verizon peeps!

Upgrading from the iPhone 5 to the 5s was a great choice. The 5 is a great phone but having the internal upgrades on the 5s make it a better phone. I love the fingerprint scanner and the slow motion video. The camera has a two color flash that eliminates red eye and it now has an automatic HDR feature for the forward facing camera. With the new A7 processor I have no lag when streaming or air playing videos to my Apple TV. This is an amazing phone!

I finally broke down and became an iPhone owner. I already owned an iPad so I didn't need to learn a new format to use the phone. This phone has the very best voice clarity and wonderful picture quality. It is easy to use. The phone can be turned sideway to make the keypad bigger for a larger fingers. It takes great pictures and movies! You won't be sorry!

The 5s is a great update to the 4 I used to have. Much much faster, takes excellent photos, and has great call quality. No issues with signal loss or call drops. Fingerprint scanner took a little getting used to, but works great, and can store up to 5 finger scans. The display has excellent resolution, and I'm very pleased with the camera, as it takes great quality photographs. In fact, it has replaced my point-and-shoot and often replaces the need for my digital SLR. A powerful little device. Also, the headphones that came with the phone have great sound quality.

Apple connects automatically with all my other devices. The camera takes excellent pictures. My calls are clear and easy to make. I have never had a single one drop. Texting is easier than ever! Fits easily in my pocket. I have owned BlackBerries Google phone, androids and this is by far the best. I may never purchase another phone.

Great phone with awesome capabilities! Feels very snappy, the pictures taken with the camera are excellent. I absolutely love the burst shooting mode. Fingerprint sensor works very well, unless I spent the day digging up gravel with my base fingers, but that is to be expected. Great phone overall, beautiful build quality.

We are iPhone repeat users and this phone has the features and ease of use we were looking for. Voice recording on email and text replies is a must have and so much quicker than typing. Camera works great and they didn't sacrifice quality ... easy to use video, photo, and panorama. No complaints with this purchase.

The product is great, as what I should expect for a last generation iPhone. The camera is really good, having a similar quality than digital cameras with the convenience advantage. The main problem is the battery life... If you are a heavy users you need to charge it every night (and may be along the day). But in general it is a problem with many smartphones. Overall a very good purchase!

I recently upgraded to the iphone 5s from the 4s because I wanted better picture quality and hoped for better battery life. I did get both, the picture is much better and the battery lasts a little longer than my 4s, which would die within the day. Best Buy offered a $75 discount, which is rare for Apple products, so I went through them instead of my carrier. Because Apple changed the charger and size of the phone, I have to purchase all new accessories for the phone, which is the only major downside.

The iPhone 5s overall is a very nice smartphone. While the Finger Print Scanner can be touchy the camera more than makes up any other drawbacks. The phone is very fast. The size is nice. IOS 7 however is work in progress and can be a pain on occasion I'm sure the bugs will be worked out in time. I would buy the 32 gig model as a minimum. Overall I’m very happy with the phone and would recommend it anyone.

Bought this phone for my wife as a replacement for her 4S. She's loved the phone, as the upgrade from 3G to LTE as well as the screen size increase was fantastic for her. The only thing she's had any issue with has been the TouchID sensor, one of the main features of the phone. It's maddeningly inconsistent on accepting her print. This is the only thing keeping it from a five star rating. I feel that one of the main selling points of the device should work as advertised.

I have been using the iPhone since it came out. I love the fingerprint technology. Not a huge fan of iOS 7 but it came with the phone and hopefully Apple upgrades the iOS in the near future. As for the phone itself it is the perfect size and has great resolution. Also, it takes nice pictures which is important since I use the camera a great deal.

Great, I only buy apple products upgraded my 4s to the 5s to bigger memory, love all the new updates it does everything!
