Coming from an iPhone 4 the difference is speed. The 5s is so much faster from game loading to getting emails. Just like all Apple products the 5s is easy to setup and use. It didn't hurt buying it when I saved $75 made the purchase a no brainer.

Upgraded iphone 4 and went to 32 GB. New phone has better display and is much faster than 4. Extra Memory is great. With 16 gb no room for upgrades after music and pics loaded. Overall speed of internet much better. I am an Apple person using ipad and iphone so cannot compare to other phones from different manufacturers that ive heard great things about. Sales person was very courteous, informed and efficient!!

Great phone, solid upgrade over the 4s. Extra screen real estate is nice. Not quite as much battery as some of the higher capacity droids, but it usually gets through the day just fine.

Upgraded from 4s to new 5s. Very glad I did. I loved the 4s but the larger screen coupled with LTE speed and a faster processor make this worth the $ to upgrade. Do it through Best Buy.

I love this phone so much! It's a great size for one-handed use.

iPhone > Driod. It's the best iphone I've ever owned, I just hope this one doesn't get stolen like the last- DONT LEAVE YOUR IPHONES IN PUBLIC RESTROOMS PEOPLE!!! & if you go to bestbuy in Newnan ask for Paul, he's funny & awesome.

Overall, I love my new iPhone 5S. It seems durable and fast. But the faster processor comes with a price: it also seems to eat battery power faster than my old 4S did. I expect to get several good years of service from this phone, it is my most important productivity tool, especially given the apps I already own.

The lightness & ease of use on this phone is amazing!

I had always been an Android and recently a Windows person but I switched to the iPhone and I have to say that I am quite impressed! Lightweight, great quality of pictures and videos, lots of apps, and easy to use.

Nice phone. Glad i upgraded. Battery life could be better but i also got one of those portable chargers for emergencies. Great phone with great amount of storage.

I was using the HTC EVO 3D for over 2 years & I'm a big android fan. But I migrated over to the iPhone once I saw the features & it has all the other current android phones in the market beat by quite a distance. For all the folks who boast about quad-core, RAM etc... Look up how much RAM an average Android device uses up just for running the OS & basic apps... You'll be surprised. I love the iOS for the fact that I can easily kill apps, not have apps running in background & plus, its just way snappier than the Samsung devices. Great phone... Waiting for the 6S when a bigger screen comes out.

Love the performance, and the fact that the battery life lasts an entire day without exception! The size is perfect, and I would recommend the 32GB for those that don't like to worry about managing files etc.

The phone is great. It has fast speed, good battery life, it's thin and light, and is able to do everything I need. Haven't really found any drawbacks to it.

The 5S is a great phone for someone looking to upgrade or someone looking to switch to iPhone. The only negatives are the speakers aren't that great but most cell phones have bad speakers in them anyways.

The i-phone 5s is a great phone. I had the 4 but the 5 has a much better camera and upgraded from 8gb to 32 so I have a ton of space for pic and music

I pretty much was forced to upgrade. When I upgraded the software on my 4 to the new op system, it never worked well again. (If you have the Iphone 4 - DON'T DO IT!) Apps crashed all the time, very slow to open...it became a new, worse phone. I couldn't even sync my itunes...that was a huge hassle (check online about this...it has been a big problem) Either keep your Iphone 4 as is, or go ahead and get the 5. That said, the 5 is fast fast....love that. Very seamless moving between apps. I LOVE the fingerprint security. You can set more than one too...use a pinky even if you have to manuever around an otterbox like me. I now have a 5 for work also and this is a great feature to get in quickly and use it.

This is the best iPhone yet. I love the size of it, and the apps that are available are awesome. Beautiful picture quality and great sound. LOVE it!

The Apple IPhone 5s 32 gig is an intuitive easily integrated device. Why bother with splintered android systems- which we do own some devices for- when Apple makes it brainless to learn, use, impact daily life. This is not grandma's phone - mostly computer engineers and such who test speed and signal strength as a hobby really 'love' their Samsung or other device. Vast majority of people benefit from the Apple ecosystem v Android. There is a good reason why the smaller percentage of Apple owners account for the vast majority of mobile sales... Because Apple has a superior product overall, easier to use and understand. I dream of a Sony Apple partnership.... The Z series from Sony is close to Apple...

I upgraded this from from a iphone 4. I considered Samsung, but went with Apple again based on the size, ease of use, dependability and features. This is a quality phone. So happy with my upgrade.

5S a huge improvement over my 5. I am happy with this normally I wait a generation skip before jumping but the camera and processor functions were enough of a change to draw me in. Glad I did!
