My daughter was due for an upgrade and she couldn't wait for the i5s to become available. It suits all her needs - and was an easy transition from her previous i4. She prefers the iphones over my preferred android and that's ok! Whatever makes her happy and able to communicate with me while she is off at grad school!

Love the iPhones. This one does it all. Have no problems with it whatsoever. Also have the mophie juice pack to give phone a full charge when needed.

I upgraded to the 4s after being quite happy. I love the upgrades to the photo features and being able to zoom during a video is a nice touch. The slight increase in screen size is also nice although I'll still never use my phone for watching anything but the occasional short YouTube video.

I have owned an iPhone since the 4. They keep getting better. I will never switch to Windows or 'Droid phones until they surpass the Apple OS, app availability, and ease of use. I don't buy a phone for its camera and the iPhone camera is fine for anything if use my phone's camera to shoot.

Overall nice companion I like the size, sound and picture quality .

I have been and Apple person for about 4 years now I left and came right back, I would highly recommend Apple over Droid any day just keep everything in order don't have too worry about viruses, and I think iMessage is the best invention every lol, I came from iphone 16gb to 32gb and recommend everyone to get 32 if your a heavy app and music person like i am

I recently switched back to an I phone after using other phones for a couple of years. Most recently had a galaxy 4s. Apple is leaps and bounds above the competition. Screen is awesome and new operating system is great. Size is also much better for putting in your pocket that the galaxy

I traded in an "unsmart" phone for this, so this is my first smart phone. I have been very pleased with the size of the iPhone, as well as pretty much everything else about it. It gets good reception and is easy to use. I especially enjoy being able to download and read eBooks.

They sold me this one then I found crack in it, nothing against the phone, it was replaced and the current one is just as awesome!

I am happy with my purchase of this phone. I upgraded from my iPhone 5 and I am pleased with my purchase. The only thing that I am worried about is the lightning port going bad like my last one did.

like I said previously, all apple products should be more universal, the accessories are so expensive and when i upgraded from a 4S to a 5S I had to buy new accessories. The price could be better for renewal upgrades too.. i like the size it fits nicely in my back pocket unlike some phones are just so big. I do love all my apple products!

Smartphones of today do practically all the same things. This phone is great for fans of Apple who are looking for the newest technology. It is definitely faster than my friends iPhone 5. The fingerprint scanner works really well and I'm surprised how much I use it.

Upgrade for wife, who had 16GB 4s and was constantly trying to "clean it up" due to the size of the pictures, space used by iOS, apps and text messages. 32GB worth the extra price for 2 years, and Best Buy $50 less than Verizon. Definitely need case though, and pleasantly surprised Best Buy price matched Amazon for a new OtterBox.

This phone is amazing. I will never buy anything other than an iPhone. The ease of using it is impressive, the speed, and all of the other options.

As always, apple has produced a great product. Much faster than the iphone 4. Best Buy continues to provide excellent customer service. The sales person was knowledgeable and pleasant. Assisted me in all aspects of transferring my information to the new phone.

Everyone's always arguing which os is better. For me, I find apple to be most functional for my personal need by leaps and bounds. Only downside is battery life, but if you know how to adjust the setting in ios7 right, you can improve it by double the lifespan
