Fantastic product. The thumb print activation works great. The phone is very intuitive. Have no idea why Microsoft maintains a customer base.

If it's time to upgrade your iPhone again, the 5s is a nice upgrade to the 5--even better if you have a 3 or 4. You won't notice speed increases on most apps just yet, since they are written to support older models. The TouchID works great.

I could have cared less about the fingerprint reader.. not like I use it on my laptop.. but whoa.. it's fast and easy - and it works. Just put finger on button and you are in your phone. Second, I like Apple locking down phones for owners so they can't be stolen and easily resold. Also like the web restrictions for adult websites now available on iOS7. Finally a phone with protections for kids. Camera slo-mo is something fun to play with - or maybe will get real use for coaching kids on sport. Last, while resell is miserable for high capacity models, you really should consider the 32gb or higher. The iOS takes up several gigs alone.

The speed of this phone is so much better than my old 4S. I traded it in and saved a bunch of money on the purchase of the 5S.

increased GB over my last IPhone helps a lot, if you use it for more then just a phone make sure you get a large enough storage for all your apps and music!

Wonderful product, no complaints. Charges super fast. Screen is big enough to enjoy videos, but small enough to operate with one hand.

As always, Apple makes another great product. I am on the "S" plans, so I always buy the next gen. Apples every two years. This time it was the 5s. You know what to expect with the software, and the phone itself is built with very high quality as always. I like the added bonus of the finger print sensor, which works well 98% of the time. For some reason it's harder to recognize my fingerprint when I get out of the shower.

Seriously, I wasn't expecting much from the 5s but wanted to wait on buying a Galaxy S4 just to see. I walk my dog a lot, and being able to operate my phone one handed is big for me, but not as important as call reliability. My house gets poor signal. I have 3 friends with S4s on the same network. I get better signal and fewer dropped calls anywhere we go, especially my house. This was the biggest thing for me. The S4 is a great phone, but the 5s just hit the points that I needed most, and I have been very pleased.
