The size of this phone is perfect for pockets or bags. Phone is easy to set up and use. Better email, calendar and apps than other phones.

If I would known about the battery issue I probably would of chose a different phone

I had the chance to handle all the phones at best buy while waiting to order my iPhone5. The fit and finish of the iPhone is what does it for me. I was drawn to the new Samsung until I picked it up. It wasn't a dummy phone but it felt like it.

Nice phone but I wished screen was larger but nice camera and nice quality phone, over all I like this phone !!!!!!

The new software and navigation takes some getting used to since I had an iPhone 4. The camera is a great upgrade.

I use my phone primarily for business and I considered going to a Blackberry Z10 (I used Blackberry before coming over to iPhone) or even a Lumia 920 because iOS had been the same all the way up to version 6. It's not that iOS was bad but if you look at the same interface for 3-4 years it gets stale; Then Apple released iOS 7 and the iPhone 5S and my loyalty was restored. What I instantly loved about my 5S was the Touch ID; I download a lot of Apps, Music, and access my phone frequently throughout the day. It was a welcome change to not having to key in a password, which for the average iOS and Android user is flawed in its own way. You could also see the speed improvements right away. Certain aspects of apps that would normally cause my iPhone 5 to hesitate the 5S just blew them them like "now what!?!" I'm not a huge camera person but after taking some Thanksgiving and Christmas photos and pulling them up thru the computer you can also see the improvements there. We happen to have most of the same family members over every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas so I simply pulled a photo from last year (taken with a 5) and compared it to one taken this year and I advise everyone to try this and you'll be impressed. Apple's on the right track - sometimes, manufacturers get side-tracked with trying to have the largest spec sheet and that affects things that matter more like battery and build quality of the device (you have to cut somewhere to make a profit). My only one criticism is iOS 7 still needs some intense TLC. My phone every once in a while reboots instantly upon launching certain apps so there's still some bugs to be resolved but rumor has it that iOS 7.1 is not far away so I'll stick it out for now. In regards to screen size - the great debate - I remember a time when it was all about how small you could make a phone; Everyone remembers phones like the Motorola Razr - my iPhone is the perfect fit for my hand size and if Apple increased the screen any larger than 4.2-4.5" I would probably pass and stay with my 5S. I just think there's a point where a phone stops being a phone and starts becoming a tablet and if you want a tablet, by all means get one, but don't punish the people that actually want a phone.

Very happy with iPhone but not happy with service at best buy in Forsyth Illinois. There mobile department made several errors setting up new phones we purchased which then took me more time the next day going back to the store to have fixed. Happy with iPhone just not happy with best but mobile

This latest upgrade to the iPhone family is really impressive. The fingerprint security is great, easy to set up and makes getting in to your phone quick and easy. The visual display is beautiful and the HD video is amazing. I love this phone and would recommend it to anyone who wants the best

It is another iPhone. The battery life is average and nothing really new about the product really wowed me.

It's an iPhone and you love it or you hate it. Photo quality reeally improved compared to the iPhone 4S.

my 3rd smart phone and the best one yet. all the features are user friendly and highly effective. Apply has never disappointed me. would recommend this phone to users of all ages. we have a total of 5 I-phones from 4 to 5s and all are winners. can't wait until the next model comes out.

Have had every model except iPhone 5. This was a good jump from 4S to 5S. Camera is so much better

Really good phone with very good display, easy to hold

As good I as expected the Iphone 5S to be. Doesnt seem any faster though with the new processor. Slow motion camera is super fun and fingerprint scanner works well but takes some getting used to.

The phone is overall a better step up I am not overwelmed but continue to find new advantages every day. The battery life is noticeably better than the 5.

I bought this phone primarily because I needed more space in order to take photons and videos when I go on vacation. Phone is super fast and much better battery life than the iphone 5. Everything else is practically the same. Only thing I dislike is how expensive the phone is buying it outright .

I got to replace my Droid Razr.......could not have made a better move. My first Iphone, been with Android system all most 10 years. Been waiting for the right time to change operation system and thought this was the good time. .

The problem I have are the charges to "upgrade" the phone when I have been a customer for many years. The audio port for headphones has been moved from the top of the phone to the bottom making it difficult to use during sports.
