The phone is sturdy, functional, and I encountered no problems in switching over all of my information, even though I also switched carriers.

Too fragile!!!!!!! Never-ending money suck!

It would not have broken if Best Buy had recommended the screen film like they did for my previous phone. But they were too busy pushing the expensive Defender. My data requirements (and monthly cost!) keeps going up despite my attempts to stop FB videos. I am tired of this gotcha game and plan to cut back to a regular cellphone when my contract expires in two months! Why buy something so easily broken?! With a constantly spiraling upward cost!!! Let's be honest... It's a toy! (And, yes, I paid full price for this iPhone!)

Great so far - having some trouble with texts

Don't know why they won't send. For the most part this is a good product and a little better than the 5.
