Wouldn't recommend for anybody working with one upper limb Pros: great camera Cons: a turtle took my hand in a noodlin incident so I guess you could say things have been hard to handle.

I went into the store with my son to get him an iphone 6. We already knew we wanted the iphone as we all have varying versions of them. I have gotten all my other phones from Verizon but wanted to see what Best Buy had to offer. The deal seemed at least the same as Verizon so we decided to get it at Best Buy. The registration process was quite long but it is what it is. The salesman informed me about their service plan which I needed because my son has damaged several phones and is not kind to them. I asked if it covered "everything" and he said it did. I mentioned that my son had already taken his phone for a swim so I need it to have water protection. He said it had it. So my son managed to drop his phone in the storm drain while playing outside. His friends managed to fish it out but it had been down there for a while. I figured I would be out $150.00 but at least I had the insurance and could replace it for him. I went online today to start my claim and encountered some issues so I called the phone number instead. I got a very nice man named John who helped me through my online issues so I decided to finish up the claim with him. He was very knowledgeable and knew the ACTUAL TERMS OF THE SERVICE PLAN. He stated that I would have to pay the $150.00 service fee which I was prepared for. He then stated that if it was COMPLETELY SUBMERGED that it would NOT be covered and I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $250.00 to replace it. My $150.00 issue just became a $400.00 issue. He gave me the option of sending the phone in for evaluation. They would check to see if all the moisture indicators on the inside of the phone where triggered and if not I would pay $150.00. If they were triggered they I could pay the extra cash or they would return the phone to me. I know that all the indicators will be wet as the phone was in the water for at least 20 minutes while they tried to fish it out. Bottom line? I'M FURIOUS!!! The reps don't know the coverage. If you are told the plan covers submersion, ask to speak to the manager. Say what you want about Verizon but my son jumped into a lake with his phone in his pocket. I paid my deductible and got a replacement phone. No questions asked. When I get the broken phone back: I am going to Verizon and use MY UPGRADE to get him another phone. I will purchase THEIR service plan because it's a REAL service plan. I will give myself a slap on the wrist because I should have known better. I am going to clear up whatever is left with Best Buy and that will be the last time they see me. I am not a great customer but I've bought several camera lenses and some computer gear. That's the end of that.

When I first got it I had no problems with it but then 4/5 months in I started having a problem with my messages. Now it's a bit slow but I still love it and recommend it.

Not too big (like the 6 plus and many Android phones) but bigger than the 5. Nice compromise. The thinner profile is nice too but not as big an advantage for me.

Bought this phone for my mother to teach her how to use smartphones. Needless to say, she fell in love with ios.

I think in look iPhone 5s is better than iPhone 6.

It is an iphone. It works great. I am a big apple fan and this did not let me down.

I have had a terrible experience with Geek Squad. It is my recommendation that you go through the manufacturer. Geek Squad will leave you angry and disappointed with their service.

The screen has hairline cracked twice since purchase from just setting the phone down on the table. Had Iphones for years that would take a fall without any issues. This thing has cracked two times for no real apparant reason. It's absurd. Stay away.
