Could not deal with it any more, so we got the iphone 6. Went in hoping to get the 5s 32 gig, but they no longer had those. they didn't even have the iphone 6 64 gig, so i settled for this one. Overall it is a nice phone. The one thing she don't really like is the size. It just isn't comfortable in her hand. That is one of the things she liked about her old phone.
