Big upgrade from my old iphone 4. Love it! Would recommend this phone to anyone!

I bought three iPhone 6's after owning 2 4S's for 2&1/2 yrs and a Razor for 9 yrs w/ minimal problems. Two of the brand new 6's were freezing up w/ in a couple of days of purchasing them. I took 2 back to Best Buy and of course they worked for them so they wouldn't exchange them. They kept freezing up so I went to Verizon and they did a soft reset on one of them. But, it kept freezing up. I called Verizon and spent 2 hrs on the phone w/ them going thru a series of tests and resets, but then they told me that my 2 phones were too new to be having all of these problems and they put a note in my account for Best Buy to replace the 2 malfunctioning phones with new ones. Best Buy did replace them. Both new phones started freezing again. I called Verizon and spent 2 whole days downloading programs on my laptop to reset the new phones and was intermittently on the phone w/ them and Apple techs. My phone is still freezing sometimes and doesn't allow me to delete just certain texts opposed to having to delete all at some times. It is aggravating!!! The other phone that I got at the same time, froze up all the time so we called Verizon and they ran tests and after unsuccessful results, they instructed me to return that phone and exchange it for another (3rd) new one. This one is working better than the other one. I have heard other iPhone 6 owners complain about the phones freezing up. There was a man at Best Buy one of the times that we were there w/ our phones and his brand new iPhone 6 would not charge when he plugged it in, nor turn on or turn off. It was frozen. Apple needs to fix the bugs in the iPhone 6 before they get a bad reputation for these.
