When i switched from a droid to an iPhone...Life became easier!!! the battery life is amazing!!! The finger sensor is very accurate (Which I didn't expect.) Great phone!!!!

I bought the iPhone 6 16GB model as a Christmas gift for my mother in law. I took advantage of Best Buy's promotional price of $1 with a two year contract. This is a great overall phone especially at that price.

The size is perfect for my hands, the display is great, battery life is good, charge time is very fast, and the camera is amazing. Really pleased with the upgrade!

I picked up my Silver iPhone 6 from best buy the day it went on sale. I have had the phone for about 24 hours and it is absolutely phenomenal!!! The 4.7 inch is perfect, the phone is ultra thin so it still fits very comfortably in my pocket. Like all of the other iPhones the build quality of the 6 is excellent, it feels like the high end, high quality device people expect it to be.

This phone is the perfect size for my wife. While I opted for the 6 Plus, she just wanted a 6 due to the size. This has worked perfectly for her

The phone is working great, but I now have to return them. I ordered through phone sales and asked several times how much the fees where. All of the information the sales associate had stated $20/month line access charge, which I confirmed with everything I saw on their and Verizon's site. The REAL access charge is $40/month when using the $99 purchase special. If you lease the phones, Verizon's line access fee is $20 a month. With three phones this means the plan is costing $60 more than I had budgeted. Neither company was willing to stand behind what the employee quoted. I now have to either come up with $60 more a month or take my son's first smart phone away from him. He is going to be crushed and embarrassed because by the time I was aware of the issue he already had shown all his friends. I will not trust BB for advice on technical devices again. They are not experts any longer, but regular sales just like all of the other stores. Also, don't try to call customer support. From order through the plan fee issues I spend about 10 hours over several days on the phone and was transferred about 15-20 times. One employee even told me I could call Herbert Dailey the CEO after I asked to talk to a manager. I am sure he would love to hear from me.

I traded in my iPhone 5 for a Galaxy s5. Used the s5 for about a week and couldn't make the adjustment. I hated it. I went to best buy and returned the s5 and got the iPhone 6. MUCH BETTER! If your an avid iPhone user, this is the only way to go. I'll never switch again. As for best buy, their customer service and expertise goes unquestioned. They went above and beyond to ensure that I left that store fully satisfied. I have no complaints.

I bought one for myself and my dad who is 45 and not tech savvy but wanted a smart phone. He can use this with no issues. It was so easy for him to pick up the basics from me and then play around with it to figure out all the neat things the phone does

The phone is great BUT THE COST OF PHONES THESE DAYS it's outrageous $100 dollars for a phone that's been out for like a year they should come out with promo's for the phone like $50 off when you get a case or something like that

I love this phone. Just the right size . Faster than my 5 easy to load . Service was great . Love buying my phones at Bob. Much friendlier and knowledgeable than elsewhere.
