The 6 had problems from the start. This 6s is better but still not reliable. I simply don't understand why I should continue giving Best Buy or Apple any more of my money. I wanted a device that would be more solid, reliable, secure, and actually worth the insane price. I'm.Not.Impressed. NOT AT ALL. I'm not a fanboy of either android nor Apple. I just got tired of the android's os being fragmented, unreliable, & less secure. You don't always get what you pay for. Not only that, but considering the insolent staff, (more then once) I won't be doing any more business in Topeka.

The cell phone is not unlocked, in fact it has a contract with T-mobile. I want to communicate with someone to help me solve this problem of purchase

Awesome phone. Love the live photos & 3D touch
