The staff is not on commission and therefore not trying to sell as many as possible as fast as possible. They want to make sure to help you any way they can. We have bought all of our TVs and electronics at Best Buy and plan on staying with them. I just bought a Laser printer and will look to them for all future requirements. Wish they would come to Mt Pleasant, SC.
