Dropped once and had to replace the screen, even with a case on. Also the Zagg glass doesn't seem to fit quite right, I've had 6 installed by two separate stories (one Zagg) and still have bubbles and breaking on the edges. Phone is great.

First Smart Phone I've ever owned. Been relying on my flip phone until this purchase. Must say, although I consider myself still in the (IPhone) learning phase, I am very pleased with this phone's functions and capabilities.

Although it has a bit of old technology in it, that's why I choose it. I wanted the ability to stay with a headphone jack. This is the latest with that tech. As always, Apple put a good piece of technology together.

This iPhone replaced my son's fancy LG that wouldn't hold charge and did not hear the voice all calls. All problems went away and he is happier with the new phone.

After set-up at the Best Buy store, my voice mail does not alert me if there is a message. I have to poll each time I want to check for new calls. Otherwise, the opearating system is not as user friendly as my old LG. Some operations are not so intuitive and don't offer easily selectable options that I am used to. Also - it's too big to fit in my pocket.

Loving the camera it has video well take picture! Clear as well

Love iPhones! This is my 3rd one and I would have a hard time ever switching to another type of cell phone. I have a MAC at work and at home and it makes it so easy for me to sync everything.
