Once you start with Apple, they have you locked in. Other products are comparable, not compatible.

Its an Apple product. If you like the way Apple makes you do things you will like it. On the other had if you have a mind of your own you may be frustrated until you give in and do things "their way". The phone itself is very well constructed. The flow of the screens is very smooth. And if you have all Apple products (which I do) it integrates well (even with iTunes which is garbage). But like all smartphones with LCD screens it is very difficult to read in sunlight. My last phone was an Android phone and I must say I liked Android a bit better because it gave me greater insight as to what was going on with the device (more available diagnostics). The main reason I switched was because Android OS is not as secure (this I know from my work with both devices) and most of the Android apps have malware attached (or so I have read only and fortunately have not experienced). iOS on the other hand extensively analyze the apps submitted to the app store (or so I have read).

The size and type as well as the GB chosen are just right for a teenager that doesn't need too much but just enough... Works great and have had no problems

Purchased for my daughter. She loves it, what can I say, its an iPhone. What teenage girl wouldnt like a free iPhone. Works like it should, no complaints.

It’s an iPhone. You either have one or you don’t but you want the next one :) Love the phone glad I changed over from android.

No issues adapting to an iphone from an android, great price, easy to operate; however I still need to figure out how to transfer data from my old phone.

I upgraded from a 5c to a 6s and I LOVE IT! I thought about taking it back and getting the 6+ but I love my 6.

This phone was for s 57 year old tech savvy but anti cell phone user. It became necessary he have one and the ease of use made this a good experience.

So far I enjoy the phone and like the idea of having iphone forever rather than typical upgrades.

Love this phone. We are an apple family so no issues. Best Buy offers the best opportunity to save money and get our phone. What's to complain about!?

Upgraded from 4s and it's a world of difference. Size is a little big for my hand if only using one hand but screen size is awesome for everything else.

Have had phone for over a month and satisfied so far. Much better than the broken 5C I replaced.

I got this phone for my daughter & she absolutely loves the camera! Thanks to Apple, I get at least 1 selfie from her on a daily basis. Gotta love it!

All in one tool at my fingertips. Love needing only this phone for all my needs from email to banking to keeping in touch with friends and family.

There have been a few quirks to get used to but generally speaking I am happy with this upgrade.

Nothing new or exceptional BUT the "Live" camera/picture and Print ID functions are very cool!
