Excellent phone! I upgraded from an iPhone 5 and couldn't ne happier. This phone is so much faster and takes great pictures as well. It handled the upgrade to ios 11 without any issues. Love having the touch id to unlock the phone and secure apps. That alone was worth the purchase price. I traded in my iPhone 5 to reduce the cost of the 6s.

I don't have to have the newest Iphone on the market. I am moving from a 5 to a 6s. It was delivered in good condition and in a timely manner. It's a little larger than the 5 which is practical. Out of the box it's working perfectly so far as my other Iphones have.

I am so glad that I got this new phone. My son set it up for me and God bless him for that. I am in my seventies and it takes a lot to catch up with this new age products. Once it was set up, I love it. I had a generic phone before and my son set it up for me too. However, there is nothing greater then an iPhone. I love, love, love it.

Typically iPhones don't go on sale but I'm glad Best Buy has them every now and then on Apple products. I am very satisfied with this phone. You don't always need to pay more for the latest Apple product... this was last year's model and it works great. I definitely recommend anyone to shop at Best Buy for their Apple products.

I had an iphone 4s and wanted to get a newer model with a bigger screen and more memory without paying $1000. Went with a 6s and so far am totally happy with it. Still costing me $300 ($10 per month for 30 months), but it is faster and easier to read the screen. The only hang-up was the activation which was done in-store and took almost 2 hours due to a flaw in their own procedures.

Pleasantly surprised by how quickly I adapted from the classic 4-inch iPhone 5 to the larger iPhone 6s. Still adjusting to some performance "quirks" of this phone: Screen is sometimes less responsive to touch, but hope that improves as I become more accustomed to it. Screen image has frozen a few times for no apparent reason. Volume and quality of sound when using the telephone feature has been inconsistent. But overall pleased; using the 6s' other features much more often than I did the iPhone 5's.

I am still learning everything about my new phone. The pictures are great and I love the new wall paper. The flash light is brite and I can now use the imogies which I did not have before. I even have balloons. My phone is light weight and nice. The screen is bright and I have a lot of new apps Thanks Apple

Upgraded from a 4s to the 6s. My daughter is in iPhone heaven. More memory, better and larger screen. Faster response. Now if I can get her to put it down at the dinner table! And she totally refused the 7s due to lack of earphone plug.

This is our second 6S in the household, I bought it after it had been out for a couple years and I got it for a great price. I would recommend this phone if you are on a budget and don’t mind a little bit older technology

My wife needed to upgrade her iPhone, but did not want to pay $1000 for an iPhone X or $800 for an iPhone 8. She primarily uses the phone to access her emails, browse the internet, and make/take calls. Best Buy's price of $300 was perfect. Value is great considering the options!

For the price I paid, it is great. Couple of years old, so you can't expect to be the best but does things fast.

I cant believe I was able to get this masterpiece for $299, and no one else could offer a better price for this device. This iPhone is one of the best made iPhones ever and can still compete with todays flagship phones in terms of quality and performance!! Happy customer !!

As a very low end user, was waiting to upgrade from 5S to 6S. Best Buy had very good sale price and I hustled right over to buy it. Got very excellent support in the store from the mobile store leader. Am quite happy in all regards with my new 6S.. No bad surprises; only good!

This phone was a replacement phone for a 72 year old. Since "hard to teach an old dog new tricks" is very appropriate in this case, the decision was to stick with what has already been learned. The Best Buy phone team was extremely helpful in accomplishing this task.

Ok my family sticks with a model when we get a phone. This one was for my daughter and she had taken such good care of her old one, a 5S, that it lasted 4.5 years. This upgrade in memory, and speed, as well as the nice camera are welcome for such a great deal.

I was looking to buy a phone for a 13 year old girl. I wanted to get her something that wouldn't be outdated too quickly but the pricing was still so high for most iPhones. Came across this one for $11 a month. Best deal ever and staff did a great job getting us set up.

Upgraded from an iphone 5s, bigger screen, faster processor, only reason not to get a 7 was needed the headphone jack as I use it on my motorcycle as my music player. Very happy with my purchase.
