My father was still using a flip phone. I have a 6s Plus abd still love it. The process was easy and the price was a pre Black Friday deal. $300 for a new phone not bad. The setup was done quickly in the store just to make sure the phone could call. Had to set it up again when we got home for Apple ID and other stuff.

I had a 4s iPhone and upgraded to a 6s. Love it. It is bigger than my 4s but have gotten used to it. My 4s was having trouble holding a charge but the new phone stays charged for a long time!! It is faster too!!

Love the larger screen size, camera quality and the longer battery life on this iPhone6s. This phone got everything I needed and I refused to pay for premium for IPhone7 with features that I don't need or use.

I purchased an iPhone 6s as an early Christmas present for myself. I still had my iPhone 4 and was reluctant to give it up. After experiencing my NEW phone , I’m more than pleased with this purchase and should have purchased my new phone sooner. All in all great service, great service provider, I’m happy!

I up graded my cell phone from iPhone 5 to the 6 and what a difference it is! Bigger screen, better camera and the ease of transferring info from one phone to the next using your application id awesome!

Great phone for fantastic price! Got on sale for $300, and don't regret it. Was an upgrade for my mother from the iPhone 4. Smooth transition from old to new and same functionality so simple to explain new things to her.

My wife needed to upgrade her iPhone, but did not want to pay $1000 for an iPhone X or $800 for an iPhone 8. She primarily uses the phone to access her emails, browse the internet, and make/take calls. Best Buy's price of $300 was perfect. Value is great considering the options!

Has all you need PLUS ear phones. Perfect size. Long lasting battery. Great memory. Replaced our 5s and couldn't be happier with the upgrade without the extra expense of the 7s

Terrific Camera, fast processing, glad I got a Speck case. Am figuring out how to fetch mail, etc which helps the battery go longer. Siri gives great driving directions.

I just got this phone to replace my daughter's iPhone 5s that died. She absolutely loves it. The OS is familiar and iCloud backup made sure all of her data and contacts were not lost. Of course, she also likes the larger, brighter display and sturdy construction.

Bought for my 12 year old daughter. she was thrilled to finally get an iphone that was not a hand me down. Does everything she needs. No need to waste money on the new iphones when these still have a ton of features. Also she loves still having the headphone jack!

Upgraded from a 5s. The 6s is a dramatic improvement in battery life and a great camera. The size is better for me for viewing the text. Wish I had upgraded much sooner.

My old friend the 4s just wasn't holding a charge despite the new battery so it was time to upgrade. But I didn't want to have to learn a bunch of new stuff. I did want a bigger screen, the same great camera, and I wanted a better texting experience. The 6s was a perfect fit. All my old info loaded from a backup to iTunes. I was able to set the screen to larger letters for texting ease. Everything is familiar enough to make the transition easy. My only complaint is that I cannot open this phone for repairs/upgrades. Hey Apple - we pay a lot of money for it, the phone ought to be repairable by the owner.

This phone is the perfect size and the camera takes beautiful pictures. The phone is easy to learn and easy to use. Both my parents have this phone and love it!

Design is sleek and a great size. Speakers are adequate. Functions are easy to use.

I really wanted to like this phone, but after spending close to a month with it I can say I regret purchasing it. iOS has not aged well and feels very backwards and stodgy compared to Android and Windows 10. The OS is filled with limitations that may have improved user experience in 2008 but feel absolutely archaic in 2017. I was shocked when I realized I couldn't purchase Audible audio books, Kindle books, and Vudu movies in their apps; I have to keep shortcuts to the websites for apps I have installed just to do basic things! I installed Outlook, which is very nice, but there's no way to set it as the default contacts, email, or calendar, which means that anything that integrates with those things, such as Siri, are completely useless. I can install Cortana, which is much more advanced than Siri, but I cant set Cortana to a shortcut or to be the default assistant. The OS is filled with aggravating limitations and restrictions that add up to feel like a middle finger to any user who wants an iPhone but doesn't want to completely switch everything in his or her life to the Apple ecosystem. The limitations are bad enough but the terrible design makes it even worse. It seems like Apple has no vision for iOS; they just sort of pile new features and ideas on without ever stepping back to think about the whole. The result is a mess. Apple used to be really good about "the little things" and it seems like they've completely lost that. A couple of example. Force touch is a neat feature, except that it interferes with long-press. I had to look up how to delete apps because whenever I tried to long press an app icon it would force touch it. Apple overloaded a gesture and made something that was once simple totally confusing. It would be like adding pressure sensitivity to one of your mouse buttons - total confusion. Another example. iOS has this weird (and honestly pretty useless) widget and search page. It appears in 2 separate places in the OS. In the notification area and on the left most home screen. Why is it in 2 places? It makes no sense. There are just so many issues like this. The notifications are all chrome and no content and dismissing them takes 2 interactions when it takes one on every other platform. The settings app is a mess and some apps have their own settings. The OS has no global back button so you are always a little unsure how to get back. When apps have a back button they are on the upper left, exactly where you can't reach it. The list goes on, and on. Overall I don't recommend this phone and wish I could return it. I kept thinking I'd get used to it or that it would grow on me, but I regret it. If you've ever used another mobile OS and/or you have no interest in switching everything over to Apple don't buy one of these.

Granddaughter wanted a rose gold 6s for Christmas, so we gave my wife's to her and replaced it with a new 6s for my wife. After a few days I noticed that it was a 32 gig phone, replacing the old 16 gig. So wife and granddaughter both got an upgrade!

I purchased an iphone 6s I went with the prepaid service very happy with the product and service at Best buy had an old slider phone and they were able to get all my contacts and pictures from my old phone very pleased i would recommend an iphone 6s

Performance is great. lighter and easy to use. the battery last more than other cellphone.
