Great phone for my daughter. Happy kid and a case to go next

I do like the product i purchased here. But I was so confused the discount, because the second day after i purchased the item, they decreased their prices. I could not make the price match because mine is contract phone. I may will not buy contract phone again here.

First phone out of box only worked sporadically. Second phone great but took several hours by B.B. employees to transfer data, photos, contacts etc. But they stayed with it until all accomplished. Thanks Ken.

This iPhone 6 was an upgrade from the 5s. It runs a lot faster.

I can't remember who helped me but she was very nice.I bought an iphone 6S and I love it.I originally wanted an iPhone 7 but it would have been like 80 a month plus my 45 phone bill so I d coded to do the 6s instead.

This phone is a multipurpose device that makes organizing work and life easier. Plus, Best Buy staff made the purchase easy. I recommend both the IPhone and Best Buy for electronics and communications needs.

My wife loves this phone, even though she was a bit skeptical at first due to the larger size compared to her iPhone 5. She was concerned it would be too large to fit in her pocket, but with a slim case it fit just fine.

NEVER NEVER and NEVER buy a Sprint iPhone. My nightmare began when I ordered one Sprint iPhone. I failed to activate it by phone, and they told me to go to the store for activation. I activated it in Store and Sprint customer assistant agreed to waive that out for me. They told me to go to the store for the refund of activation fee, I went there only to be told that they never refund any payment in store. It was raining very heavily that day, I got totally me wetted when I walked back to my office. I decided to leave for being fooled. I paid off the phone and the bill and cancel the line. And I returned the iPhone to Bestbuy as they told me the refund will be issued automatically if I return the Phone because I was still in the Satisfactory Guarantee Period. The refunding process is another nightmare. On 12/18/2016, I was told to go to the store for the refund, only to be told to go to the cooperate store in the city far away from my place. At there I was told they can't do it and suggested me to call the customer service. The customer service then told me they will do it when the bill came out on 01/02/2017. On 01/07/2017, I contacted the online customer service. This time the assistant Alexandria A. told me "The account will be cancelled on 1/09/2017. Since our Cancellation team would usually cancel the account on the cycle close date to avoid prorated charges." I still didn't get any notice afterwards. Just now (01/19/2017) I called Sprint, the assistant named "Mary" said they didn't know about the refund, and asked me to let BestBuy contact Sprint for confirmation of the return. It is really a nightmare to stay in Sprint, this matter is driving me crazy, I am really angry with Sprint for fooling me too many times. They wasted my precious time, they wasted my money. The most terrible thing is they wasted my trust and hurt me very very deeply. I still didn't get my refund yet!

I don’t typically buy the newest and greatest electronics, I bought this phone when the 7 had been out for a little while and I was able to get a great deal. Phone works great and meets my needs.

This was the phone my son had to have and we got it for a monthly price at Best Buy that was better than what Verizon was offering. Plus there was a rebate offer that we took advantage of. So far he is happy with it.

Love the phone and most things about it... the only downside would be that texts to other phones besides Iphones do not send if you don't have cell service. Downside for me because where I live, we have very little cell reception. My old android phone would send texts via wifi. If anyone knows how to fix this if possible, please respond.

We bought at Best Buy because it seemed to be a. Enter deal than going directly through Verizon. I asked the mobile team for help getting activated and we were told we had to do it from home. We attempted to activate it from home but the phone did not come with a SIM card and we had to go to Verizon anyway in attempts to activate it.

I checked around and found that Best Buy beat all other competitors in price. And, I’m not talking a few dollars... but about $100! The phone works great, and I’m very satisfied with Best Buy and my purchase.

My son's Christmas present. This great phone (as is any Apple iPhone) was on sale for a fantastic price. Unbeatable combination! Our Best Buy advisor even got us in a much better service plan. All around win!

A friend of mine needed a new Iphone. He said lets go to Best Buy. I asked why there. His response "Best Price". I never realized that they had sales on Phones. I'm a happy camper!!! Great Price for a Great phone.
