Blocked iphone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a international customer, unfortunatelly " free contract" in Best buy does not allow me to start my daughter's birthday gift. In Best buy, free contract means only USA operators, what was not mentioned. I will have to return it and cancel the purchase if not possible a totally free contract Iphone to replace it. Purchasing process is always ok, but this small detail just damaged my family surprise!

Disappointed with the service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was sold a locked/Universal iphone when I specfically requested for an unlocked one.Since it was over the return period by the time I went out of country and brought back the phone after learning its locked, best buy refused to refund/exchange the phone. Its supposed to be a gift to someone out of country and its useless now. Very disappointed with the carelessness.
