    Never Never Never Buy a Sprint iPhone.

    NEVER NEVER and NEVER buy a Sprint iPhone. My nightmare began when I ordered one Sprint iPhone. I failed to activate it by phone, and they told me to go to the store for activation. I activated it in Store and Sprint customer assistant agreed to waive that out for me. They told me to go to the store for the refund of activation fee, I went there only to be told that they never refund any payment in store. It was raining very heavily that day, I got totally me wetted when I walked back to my office. I decided to leave for being fooled. I paid off the phone and the bill and cancel the line. And I returned the iPhone to Bestbuy as they told me the refund will be issued automatically if I return the Phone because I was still in the Satisfactory Guarantee Period. The refunding process is another nightmare. On 12/18/2016, I was told to go to the store for the refund, only to be told to go to the cooperate store in the city far away from my place. At there I was told they can't do it and suggested me to call the customer service. The customer service then told me they will do it when the bill came out on 01/02/2017. On 01/07/2017, I contacted the online customer service. This time the assistant Alexandria A. told me "The account will be cancelled on 1/09/2017. Since our Cancellation team would usually cancel the account on the cycle close date to avoid prorated charges." I still didn't get any notice afterwards. Just now (01/19/2017) I called Sprint, the assistant named "Mary" said they didn't know about the refund, and asked me to let BestBuy contact Sprint for confirmation of the return. It is really a nightmare to stay in Sprint, this matter is driving me crazy, I am really angry with Sprint for fooling me too many times. They wasted my precious time, they wasted my money. The most terrible thing is they wasted my trust and hurt me very very deeply. I still didn't get my refund yet!

The Best Buy personnel expertly took care of everything every step of the complex activation process. It was so easy and hassle-free compared to activating a new phone directly with the carrier.     I was excited to finally upgrade to an iPhone. Since my purchase it has been one disappointment after another. It doesn’t sync well with my car’s Bluetooth. When using the Pandora app for music in my car (about 90% of my driving) the music will continue playing after exiting my car with the controls frozen so each time I exit my car I literally have to power down the phone to stop the music from blaring. My last phone, a year old android with a cracked screen operates faster than this new iPhone.

    I know a lot of friends want the latest, greatest IPhone available, but I’m cheap and I don’t want to pay a gazillion dollars to have it. The 6s is a great phone, plenty of memory, takes good pictures, easy set up. Apple needs an upgrade on speakers on all their phones, this one is no different , speakers are positioned badly and sounds awful. I like the phone size because it will fit in my pocket

    I recently upgraded to Iphone 6s from the 5 and this phone is excellent. Always been a fan of Apple. It has a lot of the newer features that the 8 and X have such as the thumbprint ID and a beautiful screen but without being priced ridiculously. Seriously who can afford $1000 for a phone. Cellphone prices are getting CRAZY! This phone was $300 and is the best price you are probably going to get for a Iphone. Does the job that I require form a cellphone.

    This is a great phone. It is easy to use, has everything I need for day-to-day activities, and is built great. It feels comfortable in my hand, much better than the 6 inch screen android phone I was using before. The only complaint I have with Apple is that there is no expandable memory slot, but there are other options for adding memory so it's not a big deal. I would definitely recommend this phone to others.

    It’s a great phone, and a I chose it over any of the newer iPhones b/c it does everything I want, and still has a headphone jack! Hopefully Apple will fix their software to save the older model’s battery life a bit, but even still, it last all day with moderate use.
