The iPhone 6S is a significant upgrade from the 6. The 3D Touch is enabled in various places with Apple apps, and I expect to see more creative uses in third party apps soon. Touch ID Is twice as fast and Siri is smarter. I got the regular gold color which looks great with a clear back case. I stayed clear of the rose gold (pink) color. That looks better on Apple Watch but too pink on a iPhone.

Loved my 5C and love this 6S too. Purchased 65 gigs for more space for photos. Easy adjustment since I'm already acclimated to apple products. Great purchase by far. I love Best Buy!

I love this phone. The responsiveness on it is amazing. Finally a phone that can think as fast as I do. I've only had the phone a couple of days but I am a tech geek so it doesn't take long for me to say yay or nay. I spent several hours the first day just playing with it and setting up all my favorite apps and settings. It was such a pleasant surprise to see all the same apps I used on Android available on iPhone with much better graphics, interface, and fluidity. I had Android for years and just couldn't let go of the customization. Now my needs have changed and on the contrary I'm sick of all the bloatware, toys, cheap bells & whistles, unvetted apps, and constant updates. I decided to dump all of that and just go for speed and a crisp clean display. Apple delivered. I also already have an iPad and MacBook Pro so this will pair nicely with no fuss. Pros: -Beautiful display! -iMessage :) -Apps are clean/professional; no junk -TouchID (screw passcodes) -Customizable Notification tray (I added the hotels.com widget and it shows a pic of my hotel and days left til check-in, pretty cool) -Clean/Simple interface -Very responsive -Cool colors available -Peek / 3D Touch Cons: -No front LED notification light -No apps to control profiles (i.e. Llama profile switcher on Android can control your ringer, wifi, and so much more, based on various conditions; nothing like this for Apple, to my knowledge, so aside from the Do Not Disturb feature you'll have to control your ringer manually.) -Sometimes hard to place the cursor right where I want to (e.g. Editing a line of text) May take some getting used to. Overall an exciting phone, both fun and productive w/out being a mess. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is bc there are a couple cons and bc it's friggin expensive!

I was skeptical about going with Apple because of my frustration with them in the past. Problems such as not upgrading storage space, implying that the screen quality was better than the OLED and super hi-res screens found on many Android phones, and maintaining the camera's quality despite the fact that it had not been truly upgraded in a few cycles. However, I waited until they announced this update, and I think they have created a product worth buying. It really is pricy, but between the fabulous camera, excellent feeling provided by the 3D touch, and overall functionality of the phone, it is well worth the money if you are able to afford 30$ a month. Live photos are cool, but not yet where they need to be for me to feel like they are necessary. Its difficult to figure out how to animate them and even when you set one as your lock screen you wouldn't be able to tell without intentionally pressing hard on the screen. My wife has a 6, and I think it is worth the upgrade for the camera, processing power, and 3D touch alone. All of those things combine into an intuitive experience that is not frustrating in the least, although I am nervous about the battery as it is smaller than on the 6. I heard that the processing power is officially up to 2GB of RAM now, and you can really tell. It is snappy, effective, and the only problems I have run into are iOS related, not hardware. Also, the upgraded aluminum and screen quality give more peace of mind when it comes to damage. Its more rugged than the 6 was, which is important because of the phone's thinness. Is it perfect? No. The chief thing that comes to mind is how iCloud is still a true nightmare to get working smoothly. Is it the best out available right now? Probably. It will be very interesting to see where they go with the iPhone 7 next year because this is a remarkable device that will only continue to get better as developers begin to use the full processing and touch power of this phone.

no fancy color here with the space gray, just a good solid generation iphone 6s. 64gb memory seems to be ample even for lots and lots of photos and videos of the grandbaby. great camera, fast speed, easy to use. Nice size. decided against the 6s plus because it was just a bit too big for me to handle on a daily basis.

The 6S is noticeably faster than the 5S. In addition to the speed, I'm enjoying having more storage for photos, as well as a much better camera. The display is a bit larger, but definitely much more clear.

I dropped my old iPhone 5s on pavement and shattered the screen so I could either replace the screen or get the new 6s. I opted for the 6s. I loved the 5s, but I love this more. I like the 3D touch and love the better camera. My husband and I take a couple of vacation out of state a year. I can't tell you how many times this phone has saved us when we got lost (Google Maps!) or found us gas when we on fumes (GasBuddy!!). I love having the Kindle app so I can read while I stand in line. I've never really used any other phone besides a Tracphone (phooey!!) so I can't say without bias that this is the most superior phone out there, but it sure feels/seems like it is.

1: Size: The dimensions and weight of course matter; unless you don’t mind carrying around a brick the size of trailer. The iPhone 6 comes in at 5.44 x 2.64 x 0.27 inches & weighing in at 4.55 oz. which of course is a bit larger than my 5s. This should help out some of us with slightly larger hands, but still have a nice grip and feel for all around daily use, ease of navigation and just general accessibility. 2: RETINA HD DISPLAY: Having shatter proof glass is definitely necessary, unless you plan on keeping your iPhone 6 in the retail box- never holding it and making phone calls on speaker phone for the rest of your life. Yes, it’s upgraded from my old 5s Retina display to the RETINA HD DISPLAY! So why is it better you ask? With a Retina HD display, you better know the screen is delivering higher contrast and way better color accuracy, which all plays out as just an all around incredible display. Not to mention a bigger screen at 4.7’’ vs my iPhone 5’s 4.0’’ and higher resolution compared to the 5s, with the 750 x1334 (750p resolution) and a 1400 contrast ratio. Another added feature that is pretty slick is the dual-domain pixels for wider viewing angles, so when I’m showing my friend something, I don’t have to have to reach out and aim my phone directly in front of their face. 3: NFC support: Now apparently we will only be able to use NFC capabilities with Apple pay for now, which allows me to make touch-less payments in stores and stuff, which I think is incredibly cool and futuristic. Now I know some will complain as to why all the capabilities aren’t functional, and no one truly knows except for Apple, but apparently the particular NFC chip has more capabilities beyond just Apple Pay. Apparently at an Apple event, the watch unlocked a hotel room, so I guess these are just some of the possibilities that this particular NFC chipset holds. So even though I have to wait a bit to use the NFC fully, I’m sure the wait will be well worth it in the long run. 4: Speed: Using the Apple A8 chipset and a Dual Core 1.4 GHz Cyclone, compared to the iPhone 5’s 1.3 Ghz, we’re getting a speed boost to keep up with multi-tasking and if you’re like me constantly on your phone, working, gaming, and texting and have 100 apps open at the same time, then you know how much speed is a factor. Since it’s using the A8 chipset, this literally allows for 50% increased performance for graphics and 25% faster processing.

Many years ago owned an android phone. I switched to the iPhone and found just how intuitive and reliable it really is. I have all my photos and contacts synced and my wife and I share apps with no problems. The new iPhone 6s is even more improved. I traded a iPhone 5 and have found the screen size on the 6s to be just right for my somewhat ailing vision. The camera has been improved and takes great shots. Using HDR on landscape shots is fantastic. There are other improvements such as speed and thickness. Over-all I rate this as a 5 star product.

I upgraded from the 5s to the 6s and I couldn't be happier with the upgrade. The speed is noticeably faster when switching between apps and opening apps. The new 3D touch is interesting and I'm still learning all of the ins and outs. The camera is my favorite function. The iPhone has finally caught up with the quality of the camera. The live pictures are interesting and I'm still deciding on if it's worth having on. I have had people comment on how good the front camera is during Facetime. Highly recommend this phone.

Went from an iPhone 4 to this 6s and I love it! Pictures are excellent and the live photo feature is pretty sweet! Also, I love the 3D touch! Makes it easy to see a link before fully opening it. Battery lasts me all day compared to before with my 4 I would have to charge it multiple times a day. Great phone.

First of all, I think most people are very much familiar with this device (iPhone). I think reviews of the iPhone 6S would mainly benefit those users who are yet to upgrade their older versions and are looking for a good-enough justification to finally take the next step. Here are (in my own opinion) some Pros and Cons of this device: Pros: - 64GB of storage capacity!! This was probably the main reason I switched from my old iPhone 5S with 16GB of storage. - Faster processor and better camera (than previous versions). - Battery was also improved over previous versions. - Latest iOS versions will definitely run a lot smoother than on your old hardware. - HAS A HEADPHONE JACK! - Touch ID responds faster than previous models (sometimes too fast). - Still better than most other non-iPhone smartphones. - 3D touch is worthless in most cases. - Not waterproof - Camera lense sticks out making it feel weird & awkward if not in a case. - Price is too high!
