However, it turned out that they were unable to match the monthly price which was only available from the phone store. Oh well, I tried. Had to return it and purchase the iPhone from the phone company store to get the reduced monthly charge - which will overtake the higher phone price in about 8 months.

Screen cracked on the first day...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was supposed to be a upgraded phone from a Android based phone, but ended up being a complete downgrade. Owned the Samsung for 4+ years with only a phone case to protect it, NO screen protector and never even had a scratch on the screen. Bought this iPhone and a phone case to protect it. Day one it gets a crack right down the center of the screen and it wasn't even dropped! Then came the even better news about the geek squad protection we had on it. It's different from the geek squad protection for Android phones. Wish we would have asked more questions & did more research into the coverage we were getting for a line of phones that are notoriously cracking or shattering. Not worth the frustration.
