This battery is similar to its previous iPhone except it's specifically made for the iPhone Air. It will charge other phones, but it doesn't look right on other phones since the edge of the battery is not aligned for other iPhone models. I rate 5 stars since it does provide enough charge to make it through my day and it's easy to store in my bag for work. It provides green indicator to show when it's fully charged and an orange indicator to show when it's partially charged. You can also find the battery charge level in your iPhone's battery widget to know when you need to recharge it.

This battery pack/charger is not necessary unless you are a heavy user of your iPhone Air. I used this literally 7 minutes ago this morning, and it died around 4 in the afternoon. It's 10:39 pm, the time I'm typing this, and my battery is at 36 percent. That's with 2 hours of gaming, sending and checking email, 45 minutes of YouTube, and an hour of Doom strolling. While the screen brightness was high!!! If you are not a heavy user or traveling, or for any other reason, you don't need it, but it's good to have!

Designed for and works well with the iPhone Air. If you are looking for all day battery life then this battery will do the trick. Allows you to use the iPhone Air all day. Not designed to fit on other iPhones.

The MagSafe Battery Pack for the iPhone Air is a niche accessory. It sacrifices raw charging capacity and speed for an unprecedented level of thinness and seamless integration, making it the ultimate minimalist power solution for the iPhone Air.

First of all I believe this batter is a must purchase for the iPhone Air as the internal battery runs out very quickly. I ordered this battery for my wife's iPhone Air along side ordering the phone more for testing to see if it is a good fit for her daily usage. It works seamlessly with the phone but doesn't work on any other iPhone model that I am aware of. I wish there was a better way to display the battery percentage on it physically other than a green or orange light. Price is up there but that is what is expected from an Apple product. I am certain there are equally as good coming out from third party companies which likely will be priced better. However, I prefer R&D Apple puts in and the product they release from it.

As all know, the iPhone Air has been called worse in battery life. If you wish your phone to last about 24-36 of heavy use, this is the way to go.

The battery fits well against the phone & when connected, it shows the battery life on your phone. The battery capacity is around 3000mah. You could find a larger capacity battery for cheaper.

Compact and handy, but it charges the iPhone Air slowly and takes a long time to charge itself. There’s no battery percentage indicator, and it doesn’t connect to other iPhones the way it does with the iPhone Air. You have to adjust the position with other Iphones, which isn’t convenient or comfortable. Overall, a handy backup powerbank for the iPhone Air.

I finally grabbed the Apple MagSafe Battery for my iPhone Air, and honestly, it does exactly what it promises most of the time. The magnet snaps on solidly thanks to MagSafe, it’s lightweight and really pocket-friendly, so it doesn’t feel like I’m lugging around a brick every time I go out.

My iPhone air last a full day with the MagSafe! Just make sure to charge your iPhone first before putting on the MagSafe.

People think of this as a battery bank vs a battery extender. Just like the original mag safe battery it’s meant to be used first before using the iPhone’s battery. I bought this just for those days where I know I’m gonna be out for a long time. I barely ever need it but it’s very handy when I do.

If you are a man enough to own this phone, you cannot put a case on it. If you do not put a case on it, this battery pack is absolutely amazing and fits perfectly. If you use a case on this phone, you might as well buy a different battery pack and save half the price.

I use it usually if I’m out and need a little boost. Pretty light and have no problem carrying it around.

Slim and beautiful battery pack, can’t charge from 0 to 100% though, the battery size isn’t big enough.

Awesome little battery pack that you can easily bring along with you wherever you need to go for an extended period and not need to worry about plugging into a charger. Works surprisingly fast and does charge to what it says it will do.

It’s not worth the money. The battery pack itself drains even when it hasn’t been used. Only chargers the phone to 90% at best (usually more like 80%). For as quick as the iPhone air battery drains it’s not worth it to have the battery pack that’s only good for one use. You’ll end up having to charge both multiple times a day. And it gets hot when charging. Returning. You’re better off getting a slim MagSafe battery charger. Also, the magnet on the battery pack is not very strong if you have a MagSafe case on. It slips around on the phone.
