Verizon service is okay where I live, AT&T was better. I had an IPhone 5 with AT&T service previously. This phone is pretty much the same as that one but the AT&T service coverage was better.

The staff helped us research the best package and carrier for us. They were very patient in transferring our phone numbers to a new carrier and gave us easy to understand instructions to complete the process and transfer all our data. We are very happy with this phone.
