This is the second phone I have purchased from Best Buy and am pleased with the service I received.

Gave son this phone as an upgrade from 5s for Christmas. He couldn't have been happier w gift!!

Apple is always a premium product. I didn't get it as a premium phone just a back up it works well

reception worse than my old phone people on other end can not hear me or my conversation is cut off before I am done

He loves it. He is mostly excited about playing pokemon go.

I like the security features. The camera is a major improvement from the previous phone. The call doesn't seem to be as clear as the previous phone though.

The quality is not good as iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S, the screen is not strong as others, but the service is not bad.

only concern was the mic and sound when on the receiving end of the call from this phone. It seemed slightly muffled. Geeks did get some improvement.
