    Absolutely love this phone. Price for the 256gb was really good, phone somewhat easy to figure out. Really not much in the way of instructions. I think it was a real good buy. Had ear buds, charging cord and plug with it.

    I purchased this phone so I would have GPS on my motorcycle trip to California. I also could not get music or games for my 3G phone I had been using for years. I bought the phone on 07/31/2020 but they list purchase date as 08/03/2020 I guess because it took a couple days to get here so I didn't set up my account until 08/03/2020. I have no problems with Best Buy and my purchase from them, but everytime I played a game Sprint would stick an add on my phone without an x to cancel it out. Hoping I would subscribe to their games I guess. Also the ads from Apple subscribe free 90 days then 9.99 a month, subscribe for a year free then 9.99 a month for music, tv and various news services I could definately do without!

    Awesome phone! Does everything I need it to. Takes great pictures and videos. Great price and great quality. Can’t beat it for being an Apple phone.

    The phone and camera is an overall great device. You will not be disappointed unless you're looking for more. I am not a tech. guy so I can't go into spec. about the phone. But it does everything I need to accomplish my task.

    Like all my other phones I am not tech savvy so a phone is a phone. This one does seem to need recharging a little more than I thought it would.

    Takes you back to the iPhone 5 models almost. Sits comfortably in your hand and runs smoothly. Definitely beats the price difference for more or less same day to day functionality.

    This is the first mobile for my little daughter. She found it easy to set up and use. But, I have to build some discipline into her schedule to avoid her from "addicting" the gadget.

    I bought this upgrade because there was a lot of hype about affordability with the “punch” of the latest more expensive iPhones. Well sorry to disappoint but I can’t tell the difference from my 8plus. I shoulda just stuck with it because I prefer my bigger screen...!
