I have 6s phone which is fine but I’m out of memory frequently out of memory. It is 16gig. So SE model has 64gig which solves problem. I bought it last week when it came out. I was not sure how difficult activation would be without service support. It was quite easy. Best buy provided the new Sim card and the phone copied over apps being next to each other. So fear not in the brave new virus world. Go ahead if you need an upgrade.

My daughter can't get enough of her sparkling new red iPhone, she absolutely love all her new features. Coming from a iPhone 6 to basically an iPhone 11, and we hit the jackpot on the price as well, unbeatable!!!! Thanks to Best Buy just in the month of April, we have bought 5 new electronic items, 4 of them were Apple products, yeaaaa!!!!!! The Best Buy team is amazing to work with, they go over beyond at delivering Great Customer Service while the same time being safe during this global pandemic, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

Bought this phone for my wife as a upgrade after using her old phone for five years. She wanted a small phone to fit her purse and pockets. She really likes it. It’s fast and nice looking. Has a lot more standard storage than her old one and so far no complaints at all. She likes the long battery life as her old one constantly needed charge. So glad I got it for her.

Love this phone! I had the first iPhone SE and it was the perfect for me. Just needed a basic phone and this checked off all the boxes. I upgraded to the new iPhone SE (2nd. generation) and love THIS ONE more than the first! It is a bit larger and again it checks off all the boxes PLUS more. Great phone! Takes great photos, too!

During these trying times the store was well organized. Social distancing & the cleanliness of the store couldn’t have been any better. I felt “Safe” in this environment. This phone is a great value, with plenty of storage. I bought 2. Bothe my son & husbands iPhone 7 died. I was Afraid buying 2 wouldn’t be affordable. These met our needs both in quality and value.

It’s much better than my old phone, it has a larger screen and still fits in my shirt pocket. I think the camera takes great pictures. The added features are easy for a person that isn’t up on technology to learn to use. A good value, costs much less than I thought I would have to spend for one this nice.

Apple does not disappoint. The size is perfect and I was happy to find an phone with so many features at a lower price point that most of their phones. I like that it still has the button at the bottom.

For an iPhone, it is the best one I’ve ever seen, held or used. Based on the way I like phones to be. I like a little bit of a trim on the side, and I don’t like the full screen from the very top of the bevel. And I like the physical hardware button. And the slimness in light-weightedness of this device is super for me. And the battery life in Idle lasts so well. There are some things about the Android ecosystem that I will miss, as I am a recent convert. And some of the functionality of my old Pixel 4 phone, and the keyboard and dictation, but those are no fault of this device. I highly recommend for people who like small and lightweight and don’t need full aluminum body. Overall super quality for the price.

I replaced my original SE and still like the ‘slightly larger' form factor. I have not had it long enough to rate anything. Beware if you are thinking of a mophie, because of the larger size it will become quite heavy.

This phone is very easy to use. Very easy to hear on. The navigation is awesome and the camera takes very clear pictures. I had a flip phone before. This phone is so much better than the phone I had before.

Went with Apple after going through 2 Samsung phones in four years. I have an iPad so wasn’t too hard switching. Price is good and it takes good pictures.

Half the price for all the same functions. You start to notice a lot of high end tech companies making cheaper alternatives. I love the button still.

The transition from a 6 to an 11 was easy. The two operate pretty much the same. There are new improvements to learn but I’m not there yet. When I came home, I could not pair my watch. This must be a common problem as there are several You Tube instructions for this seeming common problem. I’ll go back to sales rep to get a fix. His sales assistance was second to none and I trust his technical talent to make the fix. I will reiterate my disdain for Best Buy terrible telephone service. I cannot get beyond an answering with “select a number” choices ... only to be put on hold indefinitely. This is a common occurrence and is terribly frustrating. The phone is fine. Best Buy tx availability is horrendous!

It's what you expect of the iPhone. It was no different than the i5 I hod, other than it's a bit bigger, quicker, and definitely redder. The cost was good at $399, and Best Buy's agent was great!

My IPhone 6 finally gave out after having it several yrs. Was able to get a new iPhone at Bestbuy. This phone is the same size with mostly the same features but works so much better and faster.

Used some Best Buy reward points to buy an iPhone SE. Not a big tech user so this phone was perfect for my needs. I like the price, size and quality like some of the more expensive phones.

Overall wife is very pleased with this gift. She says it is right size, easy to use, easy to see and understand functions. Still learning a few of those. With that, I am very pleased also.

This is great phone. Large enough screen to use easily, but small enough to easily fit in a pocket. Price is right, if you don’t need or want all the latest bells and whistles.
