Solid phone if you get a good one

The first model I had came with a broken (stuck) power button. I took it to the Apple store and they said there was no way to fix that. The only alternative was to get a remanufactured phone from the Apple store which is what I had to settle for. So far, the replacement seems to work fine. I just wish I had the fresh one that I bought working out of the box.

iPhone/e-gift card

My issue is that I was supposed to receive a $200 gift card 48 hours after activation. I never received this. I have attempted to contact Best Buy about this by email several times but have had no response so far. So while I am happy with the phone, I am extremely upset about the problem I am having in resolving the gift card issue.
