Phone is great, phone plan is not
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was convinced to change my Sprint Plan when buying new phone and adding a line, but the price quoted was not correct and now I have a worse plan for more money. The service reps did not know what they were talking about. Very disappointed. Just spent an hour on the phone with Sprint trying to fix problem and still not fixed.

Bad sound quality

Amazing update to the 4" iphone!

Great phone and size

More importantly for me is the form factor, not only is it small enough to still fit in my pockets easily, but I can also us the phone one handed not something you can do on the iphone 6 or 6plus (granted I do have large hands.)

She preferred the smaller size of her old iPhone 5. The added 64GB memory, processing power of the iPhone 6S and the size of the iPhone 5 really made the decision for us. Happy iPhone customers!

Good camera, new, but a little bit old school

But the old school thing is that it has no 3D touch. And it has a lower resolution selfie camera. 1.2MP. But it is cheap and a lightweight. The iPhone 6S a little older has an the amazing 3D touch feature.
