Really disappointed with this. First of all this phone is $100 extra and after that Bestbuy cheated by not providing reward points citing stupid reasons. Had been buying from Best buy a lot but this is asking me to reconsider.

This is just worth a 1000 it’s that simple and the customer service you get from Apple these days is shocking. I’m done with Apple they have lose it google 2 plus for me

Bought an iPhone X and was clear that it needed to work outside the US and mentioned that it was a gift to a friend in India. Having bought an iPhone 7 a month earlier I bought this one and this one isn't working!!! Call the 888 number and they say they get such calls all the time and the store is at fault for selling with false claims. I am stuck now and with all the purchases that I have done to be an elite plus member I feel really cheated. Need a resolution to unlock the phone or send a replacement ASAP.

I bought the new iPhone X when it first came out and bought the insurance on it as well. At the time apple care didn’t cover lost/stolen phones and my phone was later stolen from me at a BART station. Apple care updated its policy and cover lost/stolen phones but nobody informed me of this change. I had to still pay for the entire phone that was stolen, which I did not think was fair.

Bought the phone a month ago and it started acting up on the third week. Experiencing ghost touch. Have taken it to geek squad twice. They only run it through the computer. Very frustrating!

I’ll be returning this phone. I’ve spent hours with Verizon trying to get it activated. Never again will I go through a non-Verizon establishment to get a phone.

I bought iphone X which had a microphone problem and then i exchanged it to another one. Unfortunately the other one also had dents like old phone. I doubt the quality.

I am very disappointed with this one as it was a gift and was an unlocked new from Bestbuy and when I gave it to my friend we found out the phone will not be able to charge.

It slowed down on day 3! The battery life is poor and getting worse. Phone hates the cold!

I bought phone from best buy. Iphone x . I paid $1150 and they told me it is unlock bur it is not unlock.

Got the phone May 11 June had to take it to the apple store and wait 2 hours to fix

I was told it was unlocked but it is NOT. I will NOT buy a phone from them again.

I tried to use a different number, as I am in Albania and it didn’t work.

This is definitely a big step up for apple. The swipe navigation is way better then sticking with the old plunger home button. But this phone feels like a too little too late especially for the price. They finally added features other phones have had a while, like oled, wireless charging, face unlock, swipe navigation, small bezel..etc While it was the best iphone I ever used it still felt very behind. The big upgrade made me feel I could finally come back to ios. But the same old problems still exist. Like not being able to change your default apps. Still stuck with siri, apple maps...etc. I tried all the flagships that came out this year and the iphone x I liked the least. I like the lg v30 and pixel 2 xl the most.

This is the first iPhone that disappointed me , no home button plus the size is much smaller then previous models and he screen looks heidious on the top

I bought this phone on February 17th and today the 27th it has already froze twice, the screen burns “as in when you exit out of a window it has a silhouette of the previous screen,” and worse of all it now has green lines that run across it. So I went to return it and Best Buy is refusing even though it’s only been 10 days. I went to Apple and they said it was defective and that they’d replace it for free and if I had purchased through them they would of returned it. Did research and found out that the screen is produced by Samsung, if I had known that last part it would of saved me from a nightmare of dealing with this junky phone. Buy an 8 and hopefully the next gen will be better.

List of cons, the battery sucks and dies within two hours, Siri never works, I always have a problem connecting with a Bluetooth device, it’s extremely slow, everyone around me will have great signal with the same company and I have one bar, it is very very slow, I am now on my third phone of course replaced because it is a piece of garbage. Buy anything but the iPhone X. Pros, to be honest I can’t really think of any.
