This phone is definitely a step up from my last (Samsung galaxy S8) and from other iPhones. I had an iPhone prior to having the Samsung. I originally switched to Samsung because I was tired of the same boring iPhone that hadn’t been redisigned in years, and I’m happy to say that the newer models are definitely different and better. The battery life is something else though, very powerful!! I use it the same amount that o used my old phone, and it lasts most of the day without a charge and heavy use. The camera is great, but takes some getting used to. The phone itself is also beautiful, I hate to put a case on it cause I like to show it off, but alas I can’t afford to break it after purchasing this with cash! The price a downfall, but I also purchased the 2 years of apple care and I’m always pleased with what their customer service is like.

There are so many things I love about this phone...the screen covers the entire phone, it’s fast, it doesn’t take much to get used to no home button, picture quality is so much better than previous iPhones, battery lasts a long time, and charges quickly.

We purchased the iPhone X for my son and myself. So far we are both in love with our phones. No problems at all. Very fast. Camera is amazing. Great battery life. I havent had any issues with it in the cold weather either. It took only a few hours of using it to get used to all of the new features. This will be our 4th iphone and they keep getting better. Love it and love Apple products!

This phone is a revelation. With such a large screen in a small body it gives you plenty of space for content and apps, in a pocketable and hand-holdable size. Great cameras, especially in low-light. Benefit of the ultra-wide screen with video is any cinematic video can now fill the screen.

You can do pretty much anything on this phone. The screen is a lot bigger and better. The camera is amazing. The battery life is awesome. I love the wireless charge option as well as the facial recognition.

The phone is great and well built. The screen has good color though I'd say Samsung's recent phones have a slight edge here. The camera is phenomenal for a phone and there are some really good photography tools. Animojis are pretty cool and will make non iPhone x people jealous. I took one star off because the notch on the screen is annoying, Apple still hasn't allowed expandable memory and the included earphones are very uncomfortable.

Screen is really nice. The face recognition works well. I’ve tried to trick it several times and so far no go. Don’t drop the phone though because the back of the phone is all glass. They lose a star because of that. They’re going to make a lot of money on cracked screens. Nice aesthetic. The qi charging feature is pretty cool. Once you learn how to work without the home button, you realize you never really needed it at all. What took them so long!! Overall a nice new design that feels like an Apple product.

Wasn’t sure what to expect...was it going to be worth the premium... After having for two weeks I can confidently say that for me it is. I do not miss the home button. The gestures are super intuitive and from what I read the OS coming out later this year will only improve the experience. The screen is amazing! The facial recognition to unlock is great however is a touch delayed compared to old finger on home button process, not a deal breaker by any stretch. Lastly, the size of this phone is perfect...almost as much screen real estate as the 8plus with about the same form factor as the 8.

I like the size of the phone, the battery runs very long! The screen colors are extraordinary. Everything works very fast. I am satisfied with this purchase!

I liked my 6s plus but it was huge and awkward to have in my front pocket. I now have a bigger screen and a smaller phone. Not having a home button took about 5 minutes to get used to. The only gesture that took some getting used to was the control center gesture. It was changed from bottom swipe up to top right swipe down. Overall it’s another great Apple product.

This is the iPhone I have been waiting for since the beginning the screen is absolutely stunning it has to be experienced bit of a learning curve the Face ID works great definitely worth the price of admission.

Just got my iPhone X and I can not believe how nice it is. I thought it would be hard to get used to not having a home button, it is not! And face recognition it works and it’s great! Best iPhone yet!

The X is a great phone. My only complaint really is that every once in a while it takes a few times tapping the screen to wake up. I have had this phone almost 2 years and my battery life isn’t bad, camera is great, and it’s fast. I’ll be keeping this phone until it quits on me one day, which is undoubtedly be years from now. That’s why I love my iPhones!! My 6 lasted me 5 years!

I love my iPhone X! I was a little hesitant at first with it not having a home button. But after 5 min I did not miss it at all. Face ID works great and it is super fast! I love it!

This is the best phone I have ever owned! I just switched from Android to iPhone. One thing that kept me from switching is that I never did like iPhone's physical home button. The iPhone X changed that. Honestly, I purchased this phone for the high quality camera. I sold a bunch of pro camera gear to buy it. Not only is the camera amazing, with a lot of features I've never even knew existed, the phone just plain & simply operates so smoothly. Pros: amazing camera, fluid like operation, everything just makes sense, phone is fast, screen auto adjusts to lighting conditions, dual speakers, phone call quality is fantastic, the colors are amazing, I liked how in case of emergency, help can access your medical conditions and blood type without breaking into the phone, apps operate smoothly, it's pocket-able, the screen size is perfect (not too small or too big), some apps have more built-in features on iPhone than Android, Cons: The only thing that I can think of at all is the price but then again, this is like carrying around a mini mac book pro in your pocket. If you're ever in the San Marcos TX area, go see Wesley on the weekends. He is their Apple expert. I don't think there is anything that he doesn't know. I went to him 2 weekends in a row asking him questions before pulling the trigger. It's one of the best purchases I have ever made and I'm an extremely frugal guy. I can honestly say that I feel good about the purchase. And for anyone interested in knowing this, because I wasn't sure of it myself, I purchased this iPhone unlocked and took it to my cell phone carrier Metro-PCS and it works amazing! My friend has an iPhone on Sprint and we've done tests side by side and mine beats his every time.
