A: (LONG STORY AHEAD) ORIGINALLY WHEN I BOUGHT A SIMILAR CASE LIKE THIS IT WAS FOR THE IPHONE 6S PLUS, USED IT FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS, THE LOWER CORDER EDGE OF THE CASE SNAPPED (A LITTLE BIT) BUT STILL WAS FINE, IT GOT TO A FADDED BROWN, ALL IN ALL A GREAT CASE THAT LASTED FOR 2 YEARS!!!!....with the usual dropping (about 30 times), scuffing (almost every week or every other week), and spilling of COCA-COLA, COVFEFE, AGUA, AND (bleep). And if you read this far, CONGRATULATIONS on YOU, and if you would like to know what the last part is, comment or UPVOTE on my review.

This is a great product and I bet it ages very well. It fits snug on on the phone and doesn’t add unwanted bulk to your phone and pocket. Unfortunately I received mine with some scratches on the case, maybe someone returned it and wasn’t properly checked. Will be returning and hoping to get one that hasn’t been used. Overall 5 stars for product, 3 stars for service.

Although this is intended to be a review of a specific iPhone X case, it is also a review of the idea of using a case with the iPhone X in the first place. I love the feel of the iPhone X so I wasn't sure if I would even like a case in the first place. I like this case, and if you are looking for something slim that looks nice and makes your iPhone less slippery, this is a good choice.

It’s a great looking leather case and it feels great but, $50 is a bit high for it. I purchased it because I have an apple watch band that matches with it. The quality is great!

Very vibrant color attracts the eye, always get compliments on the quality of the case! And you’d think a case like this is all for looks however I dropped my phone on pavement from about 4 1/2 Feet and my phone went unharmed.

I bought the red leather cover and I am very happy with the quality and feel.

I own this exact same case for my iPhone 6s Plus and it held up super well. Looks super dirty but I like it. The buttons on this case are better than the older ones and it's easier to put on. I'm probably staying with iPhone and most likely buy this same case over and over again.

I bought one for myself and one for my wife and both like it very much. Great case! It is well made case and fits eaxactly well, tight and secure. It is easy to install and it feels and looks good.

I bought this for my iPhone X on release day. My first thought was it feels like synthetic leather. It has very little leather like texture. No big deal though.. I dropped my phone for the first time about a week into having it. It was about a 2’ drop onto concrete. It peeled the whole top smooth layer of leather off of the top corner, now it’s suede like texture. Looks terrible. Wish I would’ve went with the other case I was considering when buyin this one.

Bottom Line: Apple’s iPhone X Midnight Blue Leather case is a stylish accessory that offers protection from nick and scratches and the occasional drop. Pros: Stylish, feels great, looks good and ages well, protects back glass from scratches and scuffs, camera notch fits perfectly, helps avoid damage from the occasional drop Cons: Minimal protection not enough for everyone Bottom Line: I’ve been a big fan of Apple’s Leather Case for years. The leather feels great in your hand and is textured enough that you should’t worry about dropping it. The Midnight Blue also ages really well, even if the case gets some nicks and scratches over time. If you’re looking for a stylish and minimal case, this one is for you. The iPhone X’s camera cutout fits the camera pefectly. It also is curved so it keeps the camera from directy contacting the table when you lay the case down. The front of the case wraps around the front edge just enough to keep the screen from contacting the surface if you lay it face down. I’ve also dropped the phone a couple of times on our kitchen floor, and the phone has come away undamaged. Quite obviously there’s a big trade-off between case size/style and level of protection. This case is definitely not for people who are regularly expose their phones to dirty or wet environments nor for people who constantly drop their phones. If you’re someone who is pretty gentle on electronics, though, I don’t think you can get a more minimal or stylish case than Apple’s leather offering.

I love this case, it feels wonderful to hold, not too bulky, is fashionable, and pretty durable. I also love how the leather wears naturally over time! The only concern I have is that it seems like it may not hold up too well in the event I drop it face down on concrete, but then again, would any case without the full front protection with a screen protector? Anyway, great product for the price!!

Nothing like genuine Apple brand cases for iPhone. The fit is perfect. The leather is real. Protection is good (although not nearly the best option if protection is most important). There are built in silver buttons that cover the phone’s buttons. Grip is good but not as good as silicone case options. Overall a stylish case with minimal bulk that fits perfectly.

Two week of use and the “leather” is already peeling

Great case so far. Haven't had any issues since I bought it about 2 months ago. I like the feel once you kind of break it in...it isn't as slippery IMO. The blue is nice. Hugs the phone really well so it will be hard for it to come off which is a plus. I like the metal-ish buttons for the power and volume buttons, it's a nice touch. A little expensive but it's Apple. Good quality under a name brand. 9/10

Leather case offers good protection with an unmistakable leather look but rigid so it fits like every other case. Very nice non-slip surface with a classy look
