The description says that the open-box is in excellent condition, however there are many scratches on the back. And it is not perfect fit my iPhone X. A little bit tight. No wonder someone will return this...

Love the case cause it’s the perfect size but the quality is horrible. Jean coloring rubs off on the leather almost immediately and if you drop it the leather rips so if you want a pretty case buy it but if you want something durable... don’t.

Love this case, but when phone flew about 10 feet from the straits and only hit the ground once, the case came off the phone and it shattered the rear panel of iPhone X. Feels good in hand but not as secure as it should be.

I chose the brown leather, but didn’t realize how the leather would discolor from simply handling the phone. Also a bit expensive.

Nice, high-quality case but too slippery. I had to return it because I would drop the phone way too easy. Even with the case on it I don't want to risk dropping the phone that often. Otherwise a great case.

The leather case uses a metallic wire around the rim. This metal wire was exposed on my case and causes scratches to my phone's metallic sides. It is also sharp enough where it scratches skin and can damage clothing it comes in contact with. Apple care does not cover either the damage to the phone cause by their own case due to their choice in design and materials. nor does it cover the replacement case, despite both being within the warranty period. My device has no other scratched visible to the naked eye except for what the apple case has caused. I have had leather cases before and this is the first time I have seen this happen. How can something meant to protect have an element which does damage instead.

This is great product but if you guys a re planning to buy it for xs, dont do it. Cuz, xs has a slight bigger camera and it will miss the alignment at the camera.

Looks nice until you get a nick and the leather starts to peel. Save your money.

This was listed as open box gently used but there’s a stain from a pop socket and scratches galore. No thanks. It’s going back.

Bought this to replace an otterbox on my phone. I love red. SO far the phone has been very slippery in my hand. I have not dropped it but I fear I will.

This phone is low profile and looks great on the iPhone. But the phone can breath thru the leather and gets very hot.

The apple case is great but it is easily scratched I bought it and not even one day it got scratched. Overall it’s a good case to show off your phone
