Very pleased to have purchased this device. Apple has made a very well rounded, little to no compromise alternative next to their other 2 flagships. People have complained about the screen, and though sometimes when I do pixel peep I can see the individual pixels, it is a very bright and colorful panel with accurate colors. When using the phone normally, I hardly even recall it having a sub 1080p screen. Another concern I had were apps not being optimized, but that’s not the phones fault. Get on it developers! I opted for the 64 gig red variant. I was tempted to purchase the blue option, but I love how the red and black go together. Face ID has only failed me once or twice, and both times were when I had just woken up to check my phone with 1 eye open and one closed. Battery life has been amazing. I can go sometimes 2 days if I’m using it lightly, but most of the time I’m watching YouTube, or scrolling through social media. I have gotten almost 7 hours (6 hrs and 43 min) of screen on time during a heavy use day. I was surprised to see that I had used my phone that much. The camera left me with little to be desired, having one 12MP F/1.8 sensor on the back, and a 7MP F/2.2 on the front. They’re actually quiet good, and I understand this was one of the cuts Apple had to make not putting a second rear camera to get that $750 price point. I just wish I was able to take portrait shots on on anything But a person. Nonetheless the picture quality is only second to the pixel 3 is some aspects, and in my opinion has the best video quality out of any smartphone out today. Being able to record 4K at 60 FPS is amazing, and the stability control is just as good. Overall, Apple did a very good job with this device, letting people have an iPhone XS experience at a much more reasonable price. There are noticeable differences and features missing, but in my opinion, the colors, experience, and performance of the XR make it one of the best smartphones of 2018.

We purchased this phone when adding a line to our existing plan. We were using iPhones X for the other lines and we expected this cheaper phone to be a compromise, but it turns out that it is a better value than the iPhone X or Xs. Yes, it costs less which is good, but you get a bigger screen than the X (not OLED, but I can't tell the difference, so that is a win for the XR). Also, the camera for the XR takes great pictures! Yes it doesn't have an optical zoom like the iPhone X, but we rarely use the optical zoom anyway. It is zippy, so in terms of performance, we are happy. It something happens to the existing iPhone X, we will be replacing them with XR. Highly recommend!

I love this phone! I was using an iPhone 5s that had become very slow and didn't hold a charge for very long. This phone is a HUGE improvement in the speed, clarity of image and audio. The face recognition is very fast, which was one of the things I was wondering about prior to purchase. While the cost was higher than I wanted to spend on a phone, I think it is high quality and understand that price includes all the improvements they've made in the years since I purchased my last phone. I expect this phone to serve my needs just as long as my last phone.

It’s red need I say more! It has been a really good phone. Takes great photos! I took pictures of my nephews jumping off a dock doing flips with it and the pictures are clear and sharp. I turn the live feature for photos off I don’t like the moving pictures not when it takes such great photos without it. Durable, good battery life, over all has held up really well.

My old smart phone (Asus Zenfone 2) finally died, and when it did, lost all my data (photos and contacts). I made the desision to go back to an Apple phone, and I’m so glad I did. My phone synced with my iPad, and recovered almost all the data I lost (some things on my old phone were not backed up yet). The XR I purchased is fast, easy to operate, and made my life easier than ever. I should have done this before my old phone died.

Bought it for my mom, she isn’t very tech savvy and still was able to understand the basics on how to use it after about an hour of practice. I had the iPhone 7 and I loved the look and feel of this so much I bought one myself. Obviously it’s overpriced but unless you need the luxury look of the X Max or XS , it’s a good phone that should do everything you need.

I came from an iPhone 6 so this phone is a huge upgrade in itself! The new iPhone XR has really really nice sleek design. It is a fast and reliable phone. Is has the same A12 Bionic chip as the iPhone XS and XSMax. The colors are really nice I got the red one and it is really sharp. The battery lasts me all day and I use my phone quite a bit throughout the day. It doesn’t have 3D Touch or an OLED screen but these are some minor differences I think. Overall this is a fun phone full of cool features like 3D Touch and Face ID! I really like it!

I miss my 6S, but the battery was going odd things as was the processor. This was the best match of the "X" line for me as I could care less about spending $250 more for a slight resolution change and slightly better camera. Plus, I get WIRED earbuds so I can actually us this phone on international flights without violating airline policies on the use of Bluetooth One gripe: I don't think the battery holds up as long as Apple claims. I am in the process of running personal tests to see what I get, but I am not buying their numbers.

Purchased for the wife and was concerned about the size and possible learning curve. She took it out and has not asked for assistance yet. Don’t know if it’s the phone are her confidence level but you should see her go. By the way we have a new grandaughter and the pictures and face time are great. May get one for myself.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves it! She was going to buy a new iphone 8 for herself after Christmas never expecting to get the iPhone 10r. She is still learning all of the new features the phone has, quite a bit different from her 6s. Very happy, hasn't put it down since receiving it.

Nice phone for the price. I held off on buying this phone because I wanted to make sure that I was getting the best deal. My phone is important to me because I use it in my business, and customer service is important to me and Best Buy proved to me that they take customer service seriously!

I bought this for my grandson for an early Christmas present. He was begging for this iPhone XR 63GB for weeks, and is very happy to have it. It takes great photos and does everything he wants a phone to do. I think it is much too expensive but I finally caved in.

Bought as a upgrade for my granddaughters older iphone, she loves it. No problems, she's on it constantly. She uses it for everything, calls, videos, school work and of course FB and snap chat.

Upgraded from the IPhone 7. Battery life is amazing on the XR. Bought for teenage daughter and she is constantly on her phone, but never complains about battery life. Phone is faster, colors are vibrant. A beautiful RED iPhone, who could resist!

I had to make a phone purchase after mine was stolen out of my grocery cart. I went into Best Buy and they didn't try to push the most expensive phone, but rather listened to my needs before suggested this iPhone which is the perfect choice for me!

So many great things about this phone. Love the face recognition for fast unlocking. the size is a bit big at first but you get used to it quickly. The video and camera quality is incredible. You won’t regret buying the XR

I purchased a iPhone XR for my daughter. It’s always trying when you’ve had a long day and your trying to purchase a major piece of electronics. Salesman was quick and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I upgraded from iPhone 7 to iPhone XR it’s great. I don’t crack my phones so it’s worth it. I still have my iPhone 7 clean. Only problem with it was it won’t charger but i can fix it. But it was time to get a new phone

I had been struggling to find an unlocked iphone xr and best buy finally made this dream come true for me. I love the xr although its not as high tech at the xs i do believe its the best bang for your buck for an iphone.

Great camera that takes beautiful pictures as well as smart colors. I like the facial recognition feature and all that this phone is able to do for me.My husband is so impressed that he will be purchasing one also.
