Not a fan of the facial recognition feature. Found the phone very heavy and bulky. I returned it within the two-week return policy. Cost me a $45 restocking fee, but happy using my old 6S still.

Love the xr, has all the features I wanted. I was originally planning to buy the 11 (was only $100 more than the xr) but they sold out. But I have no complaints about this xr.

This was a xmas gift for my brother in law. He absolutely loved his gift last year and hasn't had any issues with it. He really needed an upgrade since his previous phone was cracked.

My daughter wanted to upgrade her phone..and she deserves it..for all the hard work at school...so I bought it for her ..she went crazy..and I got a good price....Thank you BestBuy !!

So far so good. My wife enjoys it a lot. Design is good and reached our expectations.

He was very happy I finally upgraded him to a newer model iPhone. I'm glad Best Buy had it in stock because I couldn't find one anywhere without having to do a contract for service

I purchased this phone for my wife , she loves the bright red color and the features. Faster than her previous iphone and also has a bigger screen display!!! Happy wife happy life!

Got this as an upgrade after having an iPhone 6 for many years. I love all the features. After many months of using, I have no complaints.

I ordered an unlocked iPhone XR from Best Buy. When I picked it up, I confirmed with them it was brand new and factory sealed. However when I opened it up it had a SIM card in there. I chatted to customer support online and was suggested to return it. I returned it to Best Buy and they were puzzled why there was a SIM card. They suspected it could be tampered. So be careful with what you got. Should have not trust that there was no problem with Best Buy. I wonder if Best Buy somehow is aware of the problem. Maybe that’s why the online support told me to return it to the store without a second question.

Works great. I tried to chepa out and went through a renewed on Amazon and was big mistake. Didn't work well and screen was bouncing all over the place. Get new.

I bought this for my son and he absolutely loves it. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but well worth it. I would definitely recommend it.

I have had this phone for 10 months and some. I don’t have any problems with it. It charges reasonably and it fit my budget perfectly! The only downside for me is the picture quality (nothing impressive). That being said, I upgraded from using a 6s for so long, so nothing much to compare with.

i needed an upgrade from my 5s and it is an amazing phone!! the screen is bigger, keyboard is larger and makes it easier to type, camera quality is amazing!!

I bought this for my son. He kept asking for an xsmax just for the screen size. He is perfectly happy with the XR, and understand the value for money.

First iPhone, but it's not bad. Coming from Android the operation is very different, especially without the buttons. Apple has finally added some more desirable features like swipe typing. The gestures and locations you swipe the screen take some adjustment, but the phone is fast and consistent.
