The XS Max is a beast of a phone. The screen is beautiful, and it's wicked fast. Battery life is good too. It's the heaviest smartphone I've ever held, and feels sturdy. I like it, but I can't help but feel that it is not worth its XSive price tag. I could buy 2 flagship android smartphones from Oneplus or Huawei for this price.

I’ve waited 4 1/2 years for a new Apple phone upgrade. Been carrying around the original iPhone 6Plus, and didn’t care for the 7Plus or 8Plus because they were basically the same phone w/minor changes. I was waiting for an all-screen front from Apple. The first X didn’t impress me because, while the screen was as long as the 6Plus, it was narrower. And the phone was just HEAVY. Enter the XS Max. I love it. I’m so glad I waited. The screen is bigger, and it’s not as weighty as the original X - yet the entire outer body of the phone is the same size as my old 6Plus. So I don’t feel like I’m carrying too much. It is heavier than my old phone, but at least not as heavy as the first X. Not to mention, the camera, screen display, and many other perks are wonderful. Thanks Apple, it’s about time.

The performance on this phone is amazing, battery life is great and love the fact that my screen goes all the way to the edge. The pictures taken from this phone are amazing and it comes with some new features. One thing I don't like is the fact that Apple used glass for the back again, and the phone is on the heavy side, maybe due to the big glass on the back

I am in love with this phone. The screen size is amazing. Allows me to complete my business work in my phone instead of having to work on my laptop all the time. Face ID is awesome. Only thing that bothers me a little bit is the weight when I’m holding it for a long time

Upgraded from iPhone 7 to the Xs max. Don’t miss the home button at all. Didn’t need to read instructions, intuitive to use. Love the bigger screen, especially when watching movies on flights! Phone is a tad heavy though.

Great phone! Little heavy and lacks fingerprint option but makes up for this with added speed, options and improved camera features.

Love this phone!! The size makes everything easier to view. I had to get use to the weight but I don't notice it now.

I got this for my husband once he got sick of using his note 8 for a year. Samsung's great but we both hate Android so he went back to iOS. The phone looks amazing. Much heavier than I thought. Only thing I dislike is that Apple is cutting their costs by not including the headjack adapter, etc. At least you got your moneys worth with Samsung regarding accessories. What a shame.

What's there to say? It's a brand new iPhone! Very well built, a bit heavy but not an unbearable attribute at all, but very VERY expensive, especially if you choose a model other than the 64 GB models. These MAX models can be a bit cumbersome to hold, especially when trying to use it with one hand, but once used to it it is just fine.

It’s a good phone but a little bit too heavy. The buttons on the sides are very sensitive and need to be offset a little. I am constantly taking screen shots on accident when locking the phone.

First iPhone I’ve owned and I love it! The only thing I could possibly say was a down side is it’s weight. It is a bit heavy in hand.

The phone is overly priced. FaceID is horrible and requires passcode very other day to access the FaceID. It is also heavy and the camera is mediocre. I don't recommend it at all. My iPhone 7 Plus was better and so was my iPhone 6. Seems like Apple iPhones get worse with each edition instead of better.
